Went in here with my wife for dinner, had an 8oz Ribeye steak with all the trimmings, wish I could share the picture I took. Requested it medium rare and it was spot on and with chips that melted in your mouth. Yum. I will be having that again. The wife had a stone baked pizza which she throughly enjoyed. Thank you very much. Ian & Beccy.

Lovely couple of hours after trekking from Shepton in the snow drifts. Roaring fire and warm welcome. We shared a couple of starters as a tapas style late lunch. Tasty well presented salt and pepper squid and whitebait. Couple of pints of cider to wash it down and then off out in the snow again. A pleasant after all round

We stayed here for Glastonbury festival. The staff were excellent, friendly and couldn't of been more helpful. The rooms all have character, comfy beds and weren't very noisy for saying it's a pub and near a busy road. Highly recommended and big thank you to all the team, you were fantastic!

Quick post-vote drink, with the dogs. Good cider & blond beer for us & treats for good dogs. Neighbours came to join us: sofa each: deliciously comfy!

Had a very nice meal here. Flat iron steak cooked to perfection. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The lounge is fairly small, but there is a lovely beer garden at the rear with plenty of seating.

I have just taken my family to this super cool little pub for dinner. My children are 8 and 10. A fantastic warm smiley welcome upon arrival. Mouthwatering menu and food that was simply delicious. This is what a gastro style pub should be. I can thoroughly recommend the pork belly followed by the banoffee ice cream . Fantastic!!!!!

Four of us had Sunday lunch at the Oakhill inn and loved it. The food was delicious and the service was first class. We sat in the garden on a warm day and the fact that the pub is dog friendly was one of the reasons we chose it. They thoughtfully have water bowls for dogs too. All in all we loved our visit.

Popped in for a light lunch and small plates were great value for money. Four plates for two people, £20. A warm welcome from the lady behind the bar and although not a natural stopping location was ideal after a bath hospital visit. Thank you.

My partner and I couldn't have been happier during our stay in The Oakhill Inn. Food at the restaurant and breakfast is delicious, staff is incredibly welcoming, helpful and professional and the room was so cute with a very comfy bed! We can't wait to stay again next year :)

Visited for sunday lunch as a birthday celebration. Food was delicious and I loved the Malbec wine which complemented the roast beef perfectly. Desserts very good too - and generous portions! Car park is very small so we did have to park elsewhere in the village.

Lovely pub with really good quality food. The squid was surprisingly good. Try the funky monkey ale, very moreish. The staff were brilliant, really friendly. Overall highly recommended. Thank you.

Booked a meal at this pub as it was halfway between where I live and where a friend was staying (and had stated it was dog friendly). Wasn't sure what to expect as had never been here before, the menu looked like a decent range of pub food so was not expecting too much. Actually the food was really great, starters, mains & desert were all really tasty. The pub itself was lovely and the staff very friendly. And they made a fuss of my friends dog. We had a lovely evening and look forward to going back.
