The Black Horse Inn - Nuthurst - Photo album

Great food, unpretentious. I had the biggest steak and mushroom suet pudding I've ever seen. Probably won't move for the next week!
First time visit to The Black Horse Inn at Nuthurst,my partner Lin had roast beef dinner, and I had roast lamb, dinners were very nice, our server Hannah was very welcoming and looked after us,would definitely be going back.
A real gem in Nuthurst, not far from Horsham in West Sussex. The food is great, the service as well, we always go back and take our friends there, too. There are not many places these days where you always want to come back, but this is one of them. Thanks to the chef for tonight's venison burger wh
Just stunning, so much history, incredible location. Interior just spot on except the artificial flowers in the ladies toilet (terrible). Service was fast and good. Both waitress and the waiter was nice and friendly. Food was just excellent as the pub itself. Worth the visit. Definitely I will go ba

Had a fantastic meal here on Fathers day. Great food. Fantastic staff. We will be back soon.
Lovely country pub, beautiful setting and friendly, attentive staff. Food was great, including really, really good chips (and great homemade tartar sauce), especially excellent pies and delicious puddings too - crumble and cheesecake extra recommended.
Always nice food here. It's often quiet during the day. Lovely little garden out the back. Some nice walking paths go almost to the door.
Great roast on Sundays, and lovely ales available on tap (including those from longman brewery). If you’re thinking of coming here for a pub lunch you won’t regret it - delicious!
Very friendly staff and a great choice of good quality food. Could do with a slightly bigger choice of gins but that's personal choice. There are a few tables out the front and a lot more out the back (I feel more relaxed outside in the current climate). Service was quick and with a smile. We'll def
We had a wonderful lunch at The Black horse The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Was so lovely to go back after many years and see that it was still the special place it was before.
Good food. Brother was pleased with vegetarian choices.
One of the best village locals you will find. This low beamed Grade II listed pub is friendly, and dog friendly, with well kept real ales, a winter log fire, and reasonably priced chef prepared food. Try the Sunday roasts, but make sure you book. Watch out for the aparitions, particularly the 'Black
