Moat & Turret Cafe By The Castle - Nunney - Photo album

Of the beaten track and well worth the visit...a lovely run village cafe, and a lovely experience from the moment you step in. All the food was gorgeous and the tea was exceptional. It was nice to actually get a good cuppa, rather than the usual cheap tea bag.. Plus after all the food you can have a
Lovely atmosphere, really great home made meals and drinks. My husband had the ploughman's and I had the shashuka. Both really tasty. We were so full we had to have the cake to go ☺️ We loved the customer service too, both really nice and welcoming. And important in these times, very covid secure. ❤
We stopped by after a visit to Nunney Castle and bought two drinks and cakes including a piece of gluten free Victoria Sponge to takeaway. We'd gone to their website prior to visiting so knew that they were only doing takeout at the moment due to the Covid situation. The service was great and friend
My favourite spot to wait sit, grab a snack or late breakfast while my children attend their pottery lessons. Owners are really lovely and food is amazing highly recommend.
Great fresh food and friendly service . Beautiful village and interesting Nunney castle 2 min away.
What a delightful little gem to discover in Somerset. Delicious cakes and best peppermint tea we have had and the owners were warm and welcoming. Excellent covid measures in place. Would highly recommend
Had a delicious lunch and out of this world slice of cake for pudding. The cinnamon courgette cake is to die for and my daughter had the lemon cake which she said was the best she has ever tasted! Definitely coming back the next time I'm visiting the area
Absolutely wonderful place to eat near Nunny Castle. Fresh food served with great service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered 3-4 different things along with smoothies and milkshake .. can't say which one was better. Highly recommended 👌
Always met with friendliness and delicious food! We really enjoyed spending my three year old's lunch there, and she really enjoyed the attention and care (including a candle for her to blow out)... and so did we! It's really helpful that you can bring dogs in too.
Lovely little cafe right by the Castle in this very pretty village. Nice selection of homemade cakes with plenty of Gluten free options. I opted for a nice sausage roll with chutney instead.
