I placed an order for my son's birthday last weekend. When I initially went to pick up the cake there had been a mistake and the wrong cake had been made but it was rectified within 20 minutes and the customer service was fantastic, it was explained that it was a trainee from another store that took my original order and she had noted down the wrong code. The man couldn't have been more helpful in getting the correct cake sorted for me as quick as possible and it was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by everyone. I will definitely be ordering myself a birthday cake in a few months time and definitely recommend the cake box for any occasion. Thankyou cake box and to the man who sorted this out for me.

They have the best quality cakes, do it in a perfect time frame amazing rich spongy texture on the inside consistent every time. The prices of their full cakes does not compare with any other cakes amazing price. Would recommend amazing customer service 10/10. They also have a new selection of mango selection, and I'm a big fan of mango!😁
Fantastic service and really helpful, I ordered a photo cake and didn't read all the T&C's the gentleman at the counter advised me that the picture would not be satisfactory when I needed to present the cake the following evening, I was advised to rather come back the following evening to collect. The cake picture was redone at no cost. Thank you so much for making sure our special day just right. Above and beyond.
It says Nuneaton for some reason but we went to Stourbridge Cake Box. Great Customer Experience with Outstanding Quality of Cakes. Just Loved it 👌
