This is easily the best KFC we have ever had and the staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Don't bother even trying the Coventry KFC at Courthouse Green... travel a little further and use this one. No greasy chicken here and it's clean too with staff that actually smile... very impressed!
I have to say I've eaten KFC in several different countries and a dozen different places here in the UK but this has to be one of the very best I've had, massive pieces of chicken, the fries were perfectly cooked, gravy and corn were both spot on!!! Service was pretty quick and pleasant staff!!!
Ordered my food and left KFC within 10mins. The staff helped me to choose the best options as their was too much 'variety'. Went with the bucket in the end.
Service was very good, but I did have a bit of trouble understanding the server, but she was very patient, and myself my wife and my grandson really enjoyed our boneless feast at his sleepover 😀

Initially sat in the Drive Thru lane but pulled out as something was seriously going wrong and delays.
Ordered off kiosk, slightly quicker but majority of staff seemed un-motivated except one who was positive, taking control and getting food served. They weren't even a manager!!
Only had ice cream, but the individual was first to clear my order (as I'd predicted), well done to the 'lone worker!'.
yeah best kfc i’ve been in, ordered online on my way there as we didn’t have much time before the cinema and it’s was efficient, friendly and pretty much waiting for me as i came in, absolute spot on
It would have been nice to have been given some napkins

Service a little slower than it could have been. There was no queue but it took a couple of minutes for one of the 3 staff to acknowledge us. Food was served quite quickly, though.
I'm not a huge fan of fast food but was treating my son. I had the rice box, which I thought was a great addition as a slightly healthier option.
The menu choice isn't huge but is simple and what I'd expect, especially considering it is only a small restaurant.
It was a bit more expensive than expected but £17 for two meals isn't too bad.
Friendly staff. Food is okay. Typical KFC fare, served hot.
