Welcome was a bit cold, almost rude. Very quiet but it was expected seen as it was 3.30pm. Very clean. My daughters ended up having a sundae each, both of which looked very nice. They even decorated one with sprinkles as it was one of my daughters birthday. Very reasonably priced for what we had. So apart from the initial welcome, we had a good time.
The food was lovely, lots of great choices to taste, the staff is very friendly - they had a complimentary cake for my daughter's birthday and even sang for her!

Went there and it was empty and really enjoyed the desserts. Place is cosy and the seats are very spacious considering we went in there with a pushchair. Service was quick and we loved our desserts. Would recommend to anybody who loves desserts. Will definitely go back to try other things from their big menu.
First time visit to Kaspas, wasn’t too sure what to expect other than waffles and that’s exactly what we got! Had a cinnamon mocha which wasn’t too hot, but drinkable. Then a banoffee chocolate waffle which was super sweet, but also super tasty. Too much to eat so had the rest in a takeaway box. My partner had the Apple crumble waffle and finished it off as it was hot and delicious. Service was ok, the team seemed busy and active with customers in the shop and a few online/takeaway orders coming through. Although you wait to be seated, you have to go to the counter to order. It’s not table service so don’t wait around!
Delicious. The food was spectacular and looked really good. Definitely recommend for any one with a sweet tooth 😊

Food quality is amazing. Prices for a large family are a tad steep and some options are never available such as the Cookie Dough.
That said staff are really friendly and there is a really good selection besides that.
