We had the pleasure of dressing a wedding at The Chase Hotel, and had a meal during our visit.
Nothing was too much trouble for the Staff, and the food was delicious and excellent value for money.
We'll definitely be visiting on a regular basis - and it's only 5 minutes away too - bonus !
Great burgers. The one on the picture (stack burger) around £12. Don't forget to add extra super tasty crispy chicken patty for £1.5 only. I forgot so that's why it's not on the picture, it arrived separately :) visiting regularly few times a month for food and couple pints.
Haven't been to the Chase for a while and can honestly say it was very nice ,I had the Steak and Ale pie and it was very tasty the pie was full of beef pastry was perfect, didn't have to Wait long which was great as they were very busy won't leave it so long in returning.

Waiting staff are absolutely fantastic, they should be paid double the way they run about looking after customers and tables. They are a credit to the pub. Please give our thanks to the young lady that waited on our table 45, on Friday 18th August at 19.30 hrs, very professional and curtiuos, thankyou for a wonderful meal, we enjoyed it that much, we returned the next night for another supreme meal, will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Twice we have eaten in the pub while staying in the hotel. The food has been really nice. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The offers on the food have been attractive.

I came here for the Chelsea VS Arsenal game and I highly recommend this lovely hotel/bar/restaurant. The hospitality was excellent and I would like to praise James and Louise for their friendly welcome. The fish and chip here is lovely too. Definitely coming back in the near future.

Just returned from a weekend stay here, on arrival welcomed by staff in the pub who were happy to help. I arrived a few hours before check in so enjoyed the afternoon beer garden luckily the weather was brilliant, food was served hot, well cooked and were not waiting long, the dining area in the evening was busy both nights very popular. The room was nice clean and tidy although very very hot and the fan didn't help much at all. Breakfast cooked to order and continental choice available also. I did notice that you couldn't eat hot food outside, a few passing customers left because of this so lost a bit of trade, as i stayed in the hotel it didnt bother me too much about not eating outside but would of been nice as it was beautiful. On a final note i would like to mention Louise who was amazing, saw her everyday of my stay always happy and helpful, had time to chat and gave some fab cocktail recommendations 😀 made my stay more enjoyable by far, the whole team who were on shift this weekend all had time for a chat and a laugh. Great team.
We had a big family celebration at the Chase pub this evening. We were very impressed with James and Emily, who really looked after us. First class service and very friendly. Please pass on our thanks to them, they are excellent!!!
Lovely food as usual, not over priced, great friendly staff can't do enough for you! Only issue we had, we tried the Steak Foudue, which states, dip your steak into the melted Camembert cheese, not a problem as my wife doesn't do dairy, but unfortunately it comes with the cheese already melting on top!, so she had to pick at the Steak. Will not stop us from eating there again

We visited for my friends birthday last night. Would definitely recommend the steak fondue it was lovely and brilliant value. Our server James was also great, very attentive and happy and sang happy birthday to my friend ❤️
Had a really great experience at the Chase. All the staff were friendly and Matt was especially welcoming. He gave us a personal recommendation on his favorite meal and it was delicious 10/10 would visit again

Arrived on a Friday night with no booking staff explained process on how to order.
Bar tab setup and after a brief look at the menu we ordered our food at the bar with Kay who was happy to make a few minor alterations with no hassle. Our food was brought to our table by Justin who again was very polite and explained where to find sauces etc.

I went to 'The Chase' tonight for a catchup with a friend and to grab a bite to eat and what a great night it was. The atmosphere was excellent with a real mix of people. But the thing that made the night was the staff. The three that I remember are Leah, Kay and James. What a credit to 'The Chase' they are. James was an absolute pleasure, he was so attentive and friendly. The food was also excellent.
The Chase was a recommendation from my daughter. She comes here regularly.
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely hunters classic meal. Followed by a desert. The food was piping hot, the service was great and overall it was a very enjoyable stay.
We will be returning.
Friendly staff, great choice of beers and excellent value for money! The food is as described, piping hot and well presented in a spacious and clean establishment. We will keep going back!
