Amazing fish and chips. Haven’t tried anything else from the menu (tempted by the Greek chicken gyros though). The serving size was very generous , chips fresh crispy outside fluffy inside . Batter not greasy at all. Also the most important thing for me is that it did not smell or taste of old oil. All in all, considering how expensive everything is at the moment, you get a lot of food for what you pay - which I feel is at the high end of the market. I will definitely visit again.
Thank you to everyone at Horestone’s Finest Fish & Chips! We ordered around 40 meals for our football presentation event. At short notice, the team were able to help us and provided an excellent service. Food was delivered to the venue and was top quality. Most importantly, everyone received the correct meal and nothing was missing. Thanks again! We’ll certainly be using their services again.
Brilliant service from the girls, the food is really delicious and not overly greasy. The fish is super bubbly and crispy., if you haven’t already try their cod burger it’s delicious. They now box up the burgers so that it holds the shape much better, I drove for about 13 mins and had the food in the boot of my car, and the burgers still held their shape without toppling over etc
Amazing food, not too greasy, the chips are great, the addition of donner on the side of the food is great, the prices are fair for the way the world it at the moment.
Nice fish. The chips are almost always spot on. Not a great selection for veggies. (In response to the owner, you have a fair point but I don't eat cheese. The selection is better for others).
Great tasting fish and chips. Both Haddock and Cod are excellent. Large portion of chips can feed at least 3. Crispy batter on fish.

Very nicely set up premises and food was very nice. I only bought a Chicken gyro, I did think mmhm looks small, however was a decent size for the price paid amd quite filling.
It seemed to me they have taken care of their quality of the food and the overall standard of the food and shop was very good, which is quite surprising nowadays.
If only i live closer to the place I'd probably go more often. It was a cheeky snack before picking up someone from the train station.

Had one of the special mini +chip and gravy it was so nice , properly cooked and even put the gravy in pot rather than over it ( like some places do )

I went in on bank holiday and got a very nice kebab. I asked for a small and it was massive so I was very pleased. The staff were very nice and friendly
The fish and chips was good with the chips being crisp not soggy. Place is nicely decorated and is clean. Would return.
