The crows as been my local since I was 18. But now just not enough staff any more so the service is very poor always loads of used glasses left at the bar and the last 2 relief managers hav been shocking to say the least.it needs a good lick of paint and a good clean.it must be the only pub in the world were they is never enough Stella glasses to drink from.rant over.banks need to sort .

Dean and Paul are brilliant Landlords. They run an excellent pub, their staff are well trained and always, have time, to stop and talk to their customers. Very friendly place to eat, or drink. Nothing is too much trouble.

Mega mixed grill. £18.50 totally stuffed tasty. You can't order and pay online like menus saying scan this qr code which takes you to a page saying no online ordering services are available. So it's the old fashion way go to the bar order and pay. Didn't have to wait too long for the food. Enjoyed it. All the Gammon steak is about £9.95 reasonable good value and quality. Plenty of parking. Dogs are allowed into the pub only one section they not allowed in and its clearly marked. However In the no dogs section someone had a great dane in there. Makes no sense. But anyway. There are a few booths dotted about with tvs in. Massive telly you can see from space ON THE Ceiling. I would come back.

Great management and team, couldnt fault them. Went above and beyond what was requested for a small gathering (20/30) for a baby shower... their friendly mannerism and helpfulness definitely deserves recognition and lots of recommendations

Other than a technical glitch with the booking service and a table not being allocated before we arrived, it was very good. We had to wait to be served at the bar, they were busy serving others so this was fine, once we were approached a table was sorted quickly, we were advised of a waiting time for food, this was fairly accurate and we didn't mind at all because the food came out and was hot and seemed freshly cooked. Sometimes at other places we've visited you can tell the food has been sitting on the side under heat lamps to keep it warm. This didn't seem to be the case, especially as I had to wait a few extra minutes for my meal to come out and once I received it you could tell it was just plated up. The fries were red hot from just coming out of the fryer! Everyone enjoyed their food and couldn't fault anything. We have been frequent customers of the chase pub in Nuneaton, and we all agreed the food was much better at the crows nest. Slightly dearer but the meals we had, 3 cowboy burgers, 1 chicken burger and 1 spicy burger were all very good. We even had a few desserts after! We will be back again to try other meals from the menu. 👍

A lovely welcoming sports pub. All the tables have easy access to a screen showing sports. You can get the staff to change yours if you have a booth. The roasts we had were very good and a good size.

Been here a number of times and no complaints about the food or service, sometimes a bit noisy but overall all, highly recommend the food and prices. Nice friendly staff always there to assist. Looking forward to our next meal there.

The cod, chips, and mushy peas were excellent and beautifully cooked. Service was good also. Only criticism was that the table and bar surfaces were very sticky and therefore felt dirty. It may well be that the sanitising fluid used leaves a sticky deposit- but it should be addressed.

For a change a few mates met up in the Crows Nest garden on a very pleasant evening. When I first arrived the wait for my first drink was quiet long but worthwhile when it arrived as I found out it was Cask Ale Night with a good reduction in the price! Outside the tables had QR codes to order from which I used for the next few drinks. It is a great idea however it was fraught with bugs and problems such as suggesting the Pedigree was not available, not remembering your details or card you paid on before etc however once it was mastered it worked quite well. The beer was good quality and the company was good. I made a couple of visit to the toilet and they were clean and tidy. Now that I know they have cheaper prices on a Monday night it may become a regular destination!

I had dinner in this pub while staying in an BnB near by. It has great atmosphere with indoor and out door seating. There is plenty of parking on site. The barman in the counter was a young lad who was very courtious. There was a selection of beers, cask ales, spirits and cocktails. I had a mixed grill which was good sized. I would not have finished it unless I was starving all day. They gave me a 30% discount on the bill, for no reason and I am not complaining about that!
