Great service, waiter man was fabulous! So funny and happy, great with the kids. Quick food service, reasonably priced, hot dogs good and the pasta. Great that they play Happy Birthday song 🎵 and they are very welcoming and attentive.
I went to Frankie & Benny's on Friday just gone and had an absolutely amazing meal. For starters, I chose the Southern Fried Chicken Strips which came with a delicious BBQ sauce for dipping. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside - they were perfect.
For my main, I got the Crispy Chicken Burger. It was stacked with a big breaded chicken patty, fresh tomato, lettuce and purple onion. A drizzle of mayo topped it off nicely. The flavors all came together so well in each bite.
I have to say, it was one of the best chicken burgers I've ever had. The food was beautiful and so mouth wateringly good. I would give my whole experience at Frankie & Benny's a 10 out of 10. The service was great too. I'm definitely going to make a return trip in January to celebrate my 30th birthday. If you're looking for tasty grub, I highly recommend checking them out!
Service was entertaining and relaxing. The food was really nice and well presented, the spicy meatballs are actually really spicy. Unfortunately I didn't have room for pudding.
Food was good and tasty. Male waiter, think he was Italian, was amazing. The best waiter I have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble, and very funny. Beer is not the best choice and Corona was a bit flat.
Very friendly staff very welcoming. The food was quick and very tasty. It wasn’t too expensive and great sized portions. The only negative was the restaurant was very cold but otherwise good experience.
I went in for breakfast before work as a little treat for myself . Glad I did , it was not only a lovely breakfast but also entertaining and the guy (sorry I didn't get his name) but a top guy in hospitality , so friendly. Look forward to making this a regular treat.
An absolutely belting experience. From the moment we entered and were shown to our table to the moment we left. We were well looked after by our waiter who was singing and dancing to S Club 7 playing on the tannoy.
He made our experience wonderful even when he was serving food he was twizziling and busting out moves with plates in hand.

Went for 7 year old daughter's birthday. She enjoys going along with her sister and cousins.
Server was enthusiastic and provided great service! Also sang happy birthday to my daughter and have a little pudding with a candle in.
The meal wasn't spectacular but not bad either, generally a decent meal but the prices need addressing for a burger.

I don't often feel compelled to write feedback, however on this occasion I felt it was important to do so in recognition of fantastic service.
Myself and my daughter were visiting Nottingham for the day on the 18th of July'22. We went through a scary experience whereby our tyre very rapidly lost pressure and became flat, having no spare, it was decided recovery was necessary with a wait time of 2 hours or longer. We went into Frankie and Benny's where I enquired about the possible use of a charger with Josh as my battery was dead and needed the phone so breakdown recovery could contact me. Without hesitation a charger was sourced for me, not only that but he advised us we were welcome to sit and wait in the restaurant until recovery arrived, which was so kind. Josh and Mark went above and beyond for us, they made what was a stressful situation into a far better one. They checked in with myself and my daughter intermittently and made sure we had drinks and kept hydrated as it was an extremely hot day. I honestly can't thank Josh and Mark enough for their kindness and empathy towards us. The meal was a lovely experience and the help we received afterwards was extraordinary. Mark and Josh are a credit to Frankie and Benny's.
As a result I'll frequent the chain more often due to the outstanding service received.
Went on a Tuesday after going to IKEA. Was mid afternoon so fairly quiet. Food great, service excellent.
Honestly one of my favourite places to eat out! We come for breakfast whenever we get chance and the service has always been beyond amazing, staff are friendly, attentive and interactive, frankly I wish I could give more than 5 stars as the team really do make the resteraunt that much better to visit. Its reasonably priced, whether just myself and my partner go or we take the kids out for a family meal too and the food is always delicious, never missed a beat when we've been. The resteraunt and facilities are always spotless! Not to sound like a broken record but the team here really do make it and are an absolute credit to the frankies and bennys franchise! Will always recommend and continue to visit. Thank you!
I went for Breakfast mid week and it wasn't very busy. Fast service. Friendly staff.
They had run out of potatoes, but replaced this on any meal that came with a side of your choice which was great.
Being American I love to visit restaurants that serve American food.
This restaurant is by far THE BEST representation of ACTUAL AMERICAN Style food! EVERYTHING was fantastic and we will definitely be back! The server was a gem and so helpful and you can tell he enjoyed his job which made the experience even better ! Thanks so much Nuno
Came with my husband for brunch , service was good , food was fast and nice . I had vegetarian breakfast. Was lovely
