We decided to pop out for dinner last night as it was a lovely evening. Initially tried another pub but that was really busy so decided to come here as it wasn't too far. Surprisingly wasn't as busy as I thought it'd be as I've driven past numerous times and the beer garden to the front is always busy on sunny days. Managed to get a table and was able to order drinks and meals at the bar. Staff were really friendly and upon ordering our meals was surprised to learn that mine and my wife's main meals were 2 for £15! As meals go, they were nice and kids enjoyed theirs. Can't complain for the price either. Would highly recommend trying and was surprised how nice it was.

I really enjoyed the nachos, it’s the first time I’ve come across decent homemade nachos where they wasn’t burnt or deep fried and just thrown onto a plate with nothing with them. The meat was very succulent and juicy, it’s a shame they didn’t have any offers like family offers or Sunday offers, but I must admit it was very comfortable with its rustic Barn theme they have going and the food was very nice :)

Came here yesterday for a meal with my partner and daughter. From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed by the landlady, The staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming too. The food was bang on the button. Having been in the trade for many years myself, I strive to find the food pubs which offer excellent value, quality food and tip top service. You will find it all at the hayloft, I was really impressed with everything it had to offer. We will be back!!!

Amazing Football evening. We did not think it would work and the pub was really full. However the manger gave us a private lounge solely for the family. It was amazing. Sincere thanks for a great night out. Food and drinks were lovely. You really made it for us

Cannot fault this Pub for food and atmosphere. Food was superb and plentiful. I messed up my order and the friendly staff changed the dish with no hesitation and were eager to ensure that I was satisfied. Thoroughly recommend, for food, ambiance, staff efficiency and friendliness. Quirky decor added to the attractiveness of the place. Will definitely visit again.!!

Beautifully refurbished after the place was visible aged. I like the style and the countryside pub design, the variety of drinks is quite good and the staf is quite friendly. Regarding food, welllllll... not the best place to eat, but not the worst, the food it is quite basic, even for a pub, ok in general, they offer large colorful portions. I recommend it for drinks and atmosphere, in the end is a pub, not a restaurant.

We found this place by chance and we immediately fall in love for the unique atmosphere. Once we get in Hayloft, the owner, greeted us as he knows us for long time. He gave us a warm and friendly welcome and made us feel at home. The food was superb we ordered fish and chips... delicious ..Overall the best night in Nottingham

Great 'rustic feel', local pub. First meal we've had . Loaded nachos, louisiana style chicken strips for starters followed by hunter's chicken and beef & ale pie . Served hot and quick , we went early afternoon, and cooked to perfection. We will be back. Thank you Hayloft , lovely bar staff too.

Enjoyable family lunch today in the sunshine ☀️. Great garden with clean and decent dining furniture. Service and staff were fabulous. Very welcoming; especially Josh our server today. Thank you 🙏. We’ll definitely return. Extensive and varied menu with lovely healthy kids choices. Half term meal deals throughout this week and the forthcoming 6 week summer school hols. Ample free parking at rear. A lovely place 🥰🍝🥤🍨🍻

The Hayloft has had one hell of a face-lift. Forget what you know, they place has ge uinely improved and new ownership has it moving forwards. A wide range of ales and beers, and a pretty good Sunday lunch makes it a great option in the area. It's not perfect and is still getting there with the food side of things. But for a good casual night it's a great option and we'll worth a visit

I’ve reviewed this place before but I wanted to write again to say how fabulous it is. You will not find a warmer welcome anywhere. We are greeted with hugs every time we go and even our dog is treated like royalty. You really need to try it

We have frequented this pub on many an occasion now. It serves well and always had a great atmosphere.. Full of character-just hope it stays that way and it doesn't get lost along the way;!

Tried the special burger and partner had mixed grill. Both cooked to perfection and catered for special tastes. Was early evening, not too busy and plenty of seats, tables to pick from. Very friendly staff, thank you

Good food very friendly and attentive staff. Not been in hayloft for years - took family in with 2 and 5 yo - food good service good. First pub I’ve been in where there were no black chips on the plate ( that’s 4 dishes with chips on our order) so clearly they care about the food AND the service. Mixed grill for me, haloumi (fish) for wife, sausage chips beans for kids. Easy parking Will go again. One point to note - kids used adult cutlery and adult plates - mine are ok with that but we have been known to take plastic stuff ourselves when they were younger.
