We live directly across the road from this amazing Indian! We got invited last night for a taster and oh my god you won’t be disappointed! The staff, food and restaurant was delightful!
We have ate Indian food from all around the world and quite honestly the food we ate last night was “insane” a true credit to the chefs.
The restaurant has been transformed to a beautiful area to enjoy a authentic meal.
The manager and staff have worked hard to turn this restaurant around and have done an outstanding job!

We, Tony & Karen from Assarts Farm in Nuthall, arrived and were given a warm welcome.
It became clear that we were their first customers on their first full trading session, they had run an invitation only evening the previous day but had only opened to the public just before we arrived.
The interior decoration was bright and modern and was very welcoming.
The service was fast and efficient whilst also being friendly.
The food looked good, arrived steaming hot and proved to be delicious.
We are both regular Indian food eaters and rate the food we were presented with as amongst the best we have eaten for a long time.
This restaurant will give the restaurants in and around Nottingham a serious run for their money.
The price charged was reasonable. We really enjoyed our visit.
We will definitely be going back and anticipate being regular customers.

Me and my girlfriend came here last Saturday evening and we were so happy with our choice of restaurant. We’re new to the area and we wanted to find a nice Indian restaurant and this place was perfect. The staff were lovely. Food tasted amazing. We had the Chicken and Vegetable Rogan Josh. Good portions. Nice and clean. Really professional. Would definitely come again.

Ever since we first ordered here for a takeaway we've never eaten an Indian curry anywhere else. Came in to eat and just wow, definitely recommend... but make sure you come on an empty stomach!

Food was exceptional, Absolutely loved it. Perfect masala/curry (kaalimirchi) and lamb was perfectly, super tender, and flavoursome.
Staff went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after.
Naans, poppadoms, desserts, chutneys all divine, perfection.
It's a bit of a small place but delightfully quaint. Very pleasant. Very relaxing.
Portions might be a little small for most tastes (on starters only), and prices may be little higher, but I felt truly satisfied and happy with no complaints at all.
Would gladly eat here again and order delivery from. No hesitation.

1 star marked down for the price of stuff. For £15 just 1 curry - could have done with a small free portion of normal rice, the rice is a fiver for a portion which is tiny, for something so cheap to make the portion size of that was incredibly poor value.
The cheese in the naans was none existant, the keema on the other hand was brilliant.
All in all the food and service is excellent, I just think they could do with either cheaper rice cost or a more normal portion.
Incredible food and an amazing atmosphere. Whilst on the slightly more expensive side (we paid £60 for 2 people), it's well worth it for the quality of food you get. Plenty to choose from including all the traditional curry types.
We have been there today for the Sunday 3 course meal and the place was faultless, it was clean, the staff were funny and friendly (but not over friendly) the food was amazing (you must try the lamb) and I even got a cheeky gift as I was leaving. Thanks guys for a great afternoon, see you soon.
We found this lovely little independent restaurant on Google & trip advisor, and stopped for an evening meal at short notice whilst driving through.
It more than lived up-to the expectations after reading the reviews; proper homemade food, great caring service, they coped with the children well and even shot out to return my (favourite) pair of sunglasses as we were driving off!
Wholeheartedly recommend, and if we come back through Nottingham again, we will definitely be returning!

Really nice looking restaurant, not many parking spaces directly outside, inside it is fresh an has a modern decor. Once seated we had to wait a while to have our order taken, (I think because our table was tucked away at the side of the bar area)and we also had a fair wait for our drinks to arrive. However the staff apologise profusely for this error. The starters were excellent well presented, to me the only fault was, small portions of the pickle tray, for us wasn't quite enough, but to be fair we were asked if we wanted extra. The main dish was large and well presented,the Lamb I had was tasty moist and melt in the mouth. When we asked for our bill, the waitress once again apologise for our earlier wait, and insisted we had a drink on the house, this was a nice gesture, Anyone can make mistakes, the important thing is what you do about it, these guys put things right, top marks for that. This is why I give 5 stars ,food 5, presentation 5, surrounding 5, and services,,well slow to start with but this was apologised for.
Went on a Saturday evening for the first time after hearing about it from some friends and reading reviews.
Absolutely beautiful food, good sized portions, very reasonably priced and treated exceptionally by all the staff.
Highly recommend if you like Indian food.

Outstanding find. Lamb Chops they rival the Michelin starred places in London. Chutneys and pickle outstanding. Prawns were in a delicate sauce with nice heat. We will return
Found this restaurant online based on their reviews and it didn't disappoint. We were seated immediately upon arrival, the restaurant itself is lovely, clean and relaxed and the staff are extremely polite and friendly. The food is excellent and we will be returning, thank you!

Visited here tonight for the first time .has it was for my birthday. Even Brought me a cake out and sang to me which was nice .food was amazing staff was nice and friendly would definitely be coming back and would definitely recommend going lovely friendly people.also at the end Brought out a Terry's chocolate orange egg to take home thought that was so nice of them to do that .
