La Rock - Nottingham - Photo album

It's a fantastic place to go for a special occasion. Top quality food and wine, with excellent service. It is expensive but good to experience a top quality evening out. They have thought of everything from stepping in the door, socialising, dining and to going home.
Visited La Rock for the first time for a Saturday lunch having been bought a voucher for my birthday and was very impressed. Had a couple of really good mocktails whilst choosing our food. Though a tasting menu was offered we preferred the choices on the a la carte so went down that route instead w
A rare 5* awarded from me. A little out of town (from Notts or Derby), situated in Sandiacre, with ample public parking directly opposite the restaurant. Staff were well presented, friendly and helpful. We sat downstairs, in a rustic but smart diving room, just the right level of lighting, and so
Really nice food and the service was excellent. Lovely atmosphere and made to feel special by every member of staff. Can highly recommend.
Impromptu lunch. Now, if you want the true definition of a hidden gem, this is it. Located down a side street in Sandiacre. That's Nottingham or maybe Derby, depending on which side you say, "Ay up me duck." We must confess that we have not dined here for some years. Shall we say the 'slate days'.
Love this place! My wife and I favourite Restaurant. Beautiful mine hoste Daiva Step works so hard to make the experience so special. Can't fault it! Great drinks, food and service.see ya soon xx
Had a most lovely lunch here today - excellent food and service. It's fine dining but not at all pretentious - I particularly liked that vegetables and potato gratin are served alongside the main courses (at no additional charge!) Thank you and we look forward to returning very soon. 💚
Amazing and intimate experience! Great food. Will definitely visit again many times. Chef is very friendly.
Great dinner with La Rock. Excellent food and great service. Who knew soy sauce and blackberries made such s great pairing? Had the best cut of venison ever, and will now be disappointed at all future restaurants.
This is a wonderful restaurant just off the M1. I decided to break a long journey for South to North with lunch here, and it was one of the best decisions I have made I years. The two complementary snacks were wonderful and the two courses fantastic cooking for just £25, it is amazing I was able to
