Thankyou So much Theo and Billy for making my experience at KFC brilliant! Your personalites are absolutely fantastic!!! Making me laugh, big smiling faces just lovely lovely people! I only went in to have a look....I had a plan b in mind to get a kebab but these guys made me feel so welcome I spent £24, feeling happy! And next time I fancy having a takeout...I'm coming straight to KFC mapperly top!

Self ordering food. Good food and fast service.
Placed an order with the app, 5 meals, roughly £48, all items were present and correct, food was a decent temperature.
Service was a little slow today, despite not being obviously busy, but I'll take "correct and hot" over speed of service.

I was greeted by the most welcoming young lady. I believe her name was Becky. she was quite slow but her delightful personality made up for it :) will be dining again. Thank you Becky and staff for making an old biddies day. Sincerely Mrs S
