Myself and my son came here on Sunday Jan 14th and ordered two meals. Initially one guy wasn't overly friendly behind the counter and seemed to have that generational attitude that's all too common now. However when our food was bought to our table by another young man he was very friendly and helped us fix an issue with the drinks. My son later went to see him for more ketchup and he was very accommodating and pleasant. When we left the same guy was helping an elderly couple use the touch screen ordering screens and again his focus on customers was clear. Keep staff like this and lose the ones with chips on their shoulders and I will return often.

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I just couldn't resist. I had an order online on the Just Eat app. My order never arrived. I have contacted the store and that surprised me how quickly that was answered. The Manager on the phone was super helpful, kind and kept apologising even though it wasn't her fault, but, it was the driver who stole it.She offered a replacement, but it's clearly not KFC's fault, so I kindly refused. As JUST EAT must do a refund for that.

Today is 11th of jan 2024. I have ordered some chicken expecting something ordinary, something dry but flavourful however when I bit into the succulent meaty skin, my teeth were overwhelmed with juice and spice. My teeth were washed free from the Coca Cola Cherry that I had drank earlier. My teeth fought valiently to push back the onslaught of juice and flavour but we fell suddenly. My mind went blank as umami filled my senses.
It was really good chicken, whoever made the chicken today should be put in a AA restaraunt. Chips were very tasty and had a Peri Peri seasoning!
Jared the manager working there was absolutely amazing. Very professional and good knowledge about menu. Clean restaurant with amazing food. Defenatily 5 stars because of jared.

Every time I've been here recently it's been absolutely brilliant nice hot tasty spiced chicken, loved it.
We went through the drive thru, there wasn't a queue so we went straight through, then we had to wait for fries which only took a couple of minutes, we was on our way before we knew it.
i had a really great experience at kfc nuthall. the staff were lovely and especially the manager jared was extremely helpful when we we having trouble ordering at the kiosk. thank you
To say I had a good experience is an understatement. I had a great experience. I have ate at many different KFC’s all around the world and this one right here is the best. The fried chicken is always made exactly how I like it. Crispy and juicy. The biscuits are warm and soft. The management at this restaurant has really turned this place around from what it use to be. I would eat this everyday if my wife let me. Keep up the great work. 5 stars from me!

Excellent experience and my experience was made even better by the manager of KFC, a young man named Luke who was very helpful, polite and a true credit to KFC. I was greeted very politely and was met with a smile on his face and despite not being from Nottingham I was made to feel at home immediately.
10/10 experience and I would definitely come again. Big shout out to the manager of this place again Luke. You're a a true credit to KFC and I do hope you get the recognition you deserve. I have recommended to friends and family to try in the future and I cannot wait to be back!
Me and the customer in front of me have a Blue light card and we had a problem with the application, we didn't know how to activate our discount. The manager refused to help us. Rather, the manager should stay in the back room and not scare off customers with such an approach. The cashier wanted to help but didn't know how and asked his colleagues. Fortunately, one of the staff members knew and helped us. I would like to thank the younger generation for their understanding and willingness to help.
It was great! One of, if not, the best KFCs around.
