Was served by the most loveliest worker I have ever known in the food industry, especially at maccies. He was a tall black male working the til around 1.30pm when he served me. Very rare nowadays you get a service with a smile and he went beyond that, even talking and serving other customers very friendly and it’s nice to see. I hope this find a way back to him!

ordered my food and they gave me a table marker, 20 mins later and no food, theyd not put it in as a table marker order but got me my food straight away when i asked, wasnt in a rush so no harm done we are all human after all. workers have always been polite and lovely and fixed any mistakes straight away, definitely a good mcdonalds
Even on a busy weekday lunchtime, with the resturant packed with uni students, the service was reasonable and I didn't have to wait long at all. Special mention to Ethan, making sure orders were heard when called and flying around the kitchen. The food is always nice and hot, sometimes the fries aren't salted but besides that, no complaints. Much better than the service I get in my home town.
Unlike a lot of McDonald’s, this branch doesn’t struggle to deal with the increase in orders now we all use the terminals to select and pay. Order came fast and there is plenty of seating, both indoor and out. The wireless charging points aren’t working though.
Stopped off late in the evening to use an offer on the McDonald's App for the new McPlant burger. Checked in and order arrived within 5 minutes. Burger was warm, but just lacked taste. Not a fan of it, but couldn't fault the speed service. Toliets were clean.
My visit to McDonald's today was 5 star and was chockablock with customers, that said the service was lighting delivery and my McChicken salad and fries was well worth waiting for, well done to the staff 💯%
Not a lot of Space, always busy. I would say the Food like in every McDonald's to be fair - good enough and quick

Visited this restaurant today. I found the staff taking orders to be sure helpful, though initially unsure if she could put my request forward to those serving she did put my request to what appeared to be the manager on shift. He was happy to fulfill my request without hesitation.
My meal included salad which was fresh, chunky, ( how I like it ) and in good quantity. There were no complaints expressed by those who accompanied me. Chips were fresh and hot. Not cold and limp like they can be at times.
Well done MC Donalds you have raised your quality standards and renewed my will to eat from your restaurant again
Convenient location, but not all cable-less chargers are working.
Went here on Wednesday 2/8/2023 and as, I was waiting for my order with my grandsons pram one of the female workers asked if I wanted to go and sit down and she would collect my order and bring it to us. I didn't get the workers name but she was about 5'6 and slim with brown hair and I think she deserves to get praised as, this was really good customer service
