Great coffee,latte ang cappuccino everytime and all staff are absolutely fantastic always positive and smileyand to top it off very honest! I left my mobile there and they put it in the back and my hubby picked it up next morning sooo thank you Costa coffee we love you❣️
Been using this Costa for a while as we regularly go to the hospital, usually very friendly staff, but today a blonde woman with a foreign accent was very rude. She brought me the drinks, but was missing the cream, so she took the drinks back and put cream on, still missing the caramel sprinkles so
Always pleasant staff, could be a bit quicker and the coffee could be hotter but overall a good experience
The staff were so lovely. I was sat waiting for my husband, who was in a&e, for 11 hours and they were really nice and kind to me. I sat in the coffee shop, on my laptop and they made the wait bearable. They were so nice. I would highly recommend visiting this coffee shop, if you are at the hospital
Busy but quick and polite service. Rushing to get to my appointment I then dropped my large coffee and made such a mess. The kind and helpful staff told me to come back After my appointment and a new drink would be given to me. I returned a few hours later to receive my drink with a smile thank you
I visited costa coffee on the 26th of October at around 10.35am and their customer service was amazing. I love their hot chocolate but I’m allergic to coffee so informed the staff of this and they used a brand new machine and used all clean jugs. Outstanding. No other costa has ever done this before
I use this costa regularly and the staff have always been amazing, they are constantly busy with a que a mile long and yet they are still polite and friendly every time which is what brings me back.

this was always busy during term time so i never went. but in the holiday period i went here with a friend and we bought a christmas exclusive white hot chocolate in december 2015 . Good times!
