Nice place. You can sit alone and enjoy your coffee :)
Came in at a hectic period in the evening on a weekend, however the staff kept their cool and still remained very friendly and accommodating. Given the amount of customers coming in, cleaning and clearing up used cups and plates was left on the back burner, which wasn’t great for cleanliness.
The gentleman training promised me the best chocolate fudge brownie frappe ever!

I'm always feel a bit awkward when ordering coffee, but they were so patient with me, and she even left a message on the lid of my drink xx

Good coffee although service seemed to be a little pedestrian. Perhaps there were issues not known to customers that affected this. Overall a positive experience.

Can be a little slow or busy at times but never had a bad coffee or hot chocolate from here. Good location too being right on the corner
Met up with my cousin and her husband first time in 31 years we went in to have a drink .
The Costa name says for itself it is one of my go to coffee places affordable and worth the price.
Very friendly staff, no problems, coffee was lovely.. only downfall was the broken toilet... not sure if ill be back. Not just for me as a customer being able to use the the toilets.. also the STAFF.
Very slow service, we had to clear our own table. The table was unstable which caused my wife to lose half the contents of her drink. The toilets were dirty. I'm a regular Costa customer. But will not use this one again. When paying premium prices. I expect premium service and cleanliness. It was like a greasy spoon
