One of the most beautiful McDonal’s I have ever visited. We were eyeing a visited since the last couple of months and finally made it in the 3rd week of December. We loved the ambience; food and specially the hot chocolate. Not sure what made the difference but the experience was just amazing.
Really nice interior and really good fast food. I particularly enjoy the caramel frappe, raspberry milkshake, and burgers and fries. The service is also fast and digitized and makes everything quicker and easier.
Actually, quite a nice McDonald's.
Staff were friendly but seemed to be to involved in takeaways (Deliveroo etc)rather than counter service. We had no choice but to use the touch screens. I do prefer counter service. Maybe I'm just old fashioned.
The place was clean and well set out.
One of the nicer ones I've been to recently.
Much better than previous visit. Better and quicker service. Food was excellent, hot and tasty. Used self order kiosks which were quick to order from. Service at counter was fast with only a short wait. It was easy to get parked with plenty of free spaces. Toliets very clean.
Popped in a for of cup of tea and a cheese burger and ended up staying for 2 hours and catching up on work. Copious cups of tea bought while working, and one lady who worked there was lovely. We had a few chats, and she was warm and helpful as she worked hard cleaning. I didn't know the area, and she was a font of knowledge. Thank you.
We arrived at the Drive Thru at 6.30pm on a clear but chilly Friday evening. To put it into perspective, my Aunty's shins were absolutely freezing even with a blanket over her legs.
Upon reaching the order station, our server asked if we would be using the App to place our order. The car was overcome with panic, as we were completely unaware that that was the protocol. Our fears were immediately calmed by a warm chuckle from our server who reassured us that ordering from the App was not a mandatory part of our visit.
Despite the Northern bite in the air, we threw caution to the wind and ordered 3 McFlurries and 3 ice cold drinks with our meals.
We were met with the beaming smile of our order-taker at the payment window, who graciously accepted our card payment. His personable nature made this experience all the more enjoyable.
A slight error of spatial judgement occurred when we continued on to the collection window, which can only be put down to the cold shins of my aunty combined with the open window. How refreshing it was that the friendly lass at the window was patient, and reserved no judgement whilst we reversed back and pulled up for a second attempt. This ensured for a comfortable food exchange for all parties concerned.
Our order was well packaged, and felt secure within the paper bags. All items were present, along with the generous supply of condiments that we had requested.
Parking was an absolute breeze, as there were ample bays available. As we feasted on our hearty meals, we were seduced by the flavours and quality of this particular McDonalds. We thought "It doesn't get better than this!"
Well, it did.
In my peripheral vision, I noticed a trio of happy ducks, waddling their way through the carpark...Which pretty much topped off our ultimate dining experience. We've now decided to make this a family tradition, to travel up to the Castle Bridge Road Mcdonalds Nottingham from Sussex every Easter, in an attempt to recreate the magic of this flawless evening.
Tidy appearance and friendly staff
As expected level of food and speed of service
Exceptional for a fast food place. Staff lovely and friendly. Service fast even though busy.
Wrong order delivered sadly. Chips were luke warm too. Disappointing meal, usually are pretty decent
S'alreet, polite staff.
Food cooked perfect.
White coffee is always far too dark though but I can live with that 😜
Avoid the spicy chicken burger and it’s really horrible, all batter very little meat, spicy but not flavourful.
I much prefer the big Mac’s and the fillet o fish are delicious
I tried the McPlant out of curiosity. If I didn't know I'd assume this was a cheeseburger. Far better than expected, if a little pricy compared to meat. The actual 'burger' is swamped in the usual relishes, salad, and pickle, so it's not exactly a surprise it tastes like a generic McDonalds meal.
