Been here a few times. I've found the hospitality to be good, friendly staff and cleanliness is good. If you want to go to McDonald's that not too busy this is definitely the place. 10/10
A bit scary that customers can walk straight into the kitchen area. They ought have a secure gate.

A shout out to Lauren the staff member who was able to find me the happy meal toy, there was a worry that they had run out, which would’ve upset my nephew but she came to the rescue
Overall, it was an okay Mcdonald’s but due to the drive-thru and delivery apps there seemed to have been a backlog in orders, so it took a fair amount of time to get our food when we were eating-in
I popped in for breakfast after a long journey. I have never used the self service to order as I usually pay cash, but with the assistance of a lovely lady, Jeanie will now be able to use s.s and still pay cash at the counter. Result
Based on a visit tonight. Warm tasty fries and a decent Big Mac. Was served by a helpful member of staff called Jodie. Order was ready in 4 minutes. Eat inside. Small and not many tables, but drive thru is more popular at this location. Outdoor tables if good weather. Overall great for a quick bite to eat and recharge. Still good for quick food but seating area always full of just eat deliver drivers. Used drive thru to collect an order and service was good despite a little wait. Excellent Quarter Pounder with fries. They have recently updated the store to create a separate area for delivery staff which is much better.

Lovely front of house lady, very hard working, friendly and customers was definitely at the forefront of her mind.

Never thought I'd give a McDonald's a 5 star but the cleanliness, fast service, hot and fresh fries and chicken, and friendly staff made me leave my food and write this down.

At drive thru,we were served by such a very polite young man, called Racquarne,who made us so welcome and chatted about our day,he really made our day,he's a cut above all mcds staff,he will go far.
Friendly staff. Delicious food and clean venue. Easy stop off for travellers and locals alike.
They managed to get my order wrong even though I double conformed it, food was warm though.

food allways good I got 3 happy meals bit slow on takings my order because the drive thro was so busy. so that lift now one on tills. I got told to use the self order machines I don't like using them staff was nice but busy
