Absolutely fantastic customer service!!! Gentlemen called Joe served us and he was fab! So welcoming, courteous friendly...we will definitely be back just due to this experience today. He is a credit and great asset to the Costa brand! Cakes were lovely, coffee were perfect, very hot and well made.
Came on a Sunday morning (11:30). Food and coffee was great! Have to give a big shout out to the two girls behind the counter who were working so hard with a huge queue. Daniella and Marsha always kept amazing customer service! Deserve some recognition for their work!
Called in after tackling the Christmas shopping queues. It was very busy but tables were being cleared and cleaned very quickly. Service was excellent. Whilst in the queue I saw a member of staff carry a tray for a lady who had problems walking. I was prepared to carry my tray but the assistant insi

Brilliant coffee shop, their coffee is tasty, their cakes are to die for and I'm in love with their hot chocolate. Staff are always nice and polite and the coffee shop is always clean and tidy

Easy disabled access as well which for this type of place is good. Also good to just chill while awaiting local transport.

Staff are always so friendly. Drinks are made promptly and accurately. Hailey often greets me with smiles in the mornings, fantastic customer service. Another member of staff who makes a fantastic cup of coffee is Beckie!! Thoroughly recommend 😊
Love costa coffee, love it so much. The employees are always friendly and helpful, if you're ever uncertain they could recommend you something. Nice seats inside, wheelchair access.
