Afternoon tea for a birthday treat for 7 was absolutely lovely. Thank you to a member of staff called Claire who made the occasion special and was very efficient.
The selection of sandwiches and cakes was lovely.
We did miss a few crisp if that could be considered.
We will definitely return and recommend...
I finally had a chance to go to garden centre 🪴 The garden centre is huge and there are not only selling the gardening stuffs, there is also an aquarium 🐠 it has a pool and let the kids to feed the fish. I think it’s a great place for family activity !!
The aim of going there is getting some new roses 🌹, or perhaps some seed 🪴 And Champagne Moment 🌹is the one,,
We ended our 🧸 relaxing trip with score, tea 🍵 & coffee
This is a lovely garden centre. Lots of different items to look at, including gifts, food/drinks, and obviously garden items.
It has a great cafe which is very dog friendly. There's a section which is for the dogs away from the main cafe, which is nice.
Lovely garden centre, so much to see, and so many lovely things to buy. The cafe was fabulous with a really nice dog area, which we were very impressed with, comfy chairs and not just shoved out of the way . Our first visit, but it won't be our last. Very impressed 👏 👌 👍
Lovely garden centre, nice layout with plenty to look at. I sometimes come here for gifts. There is a great selection of food items, plants, soaps and hand creams. Staff seem friendly and helpful too! The cafe area is really nice. I love the street food layout!! and the food we ordered was delicious.

I am sending this because iv had five star treatment from member of yours. Julie on plants ans ph she was brilliant kind and helped me to get to what I needed. I explained I was on crutches and I don't have anyone to push a wheelchair and need to exchange a gift not working she went out her way got a another item put it near tills with my name on so I can just go to exchange it. She is a asset to your company I hope you appreciate how brilliant she was. I'd like you to notice what good her staff she is.

Very good food with excellent service.
Sadly it is normally a bit too noisy due the large open space with wooden floor.
We love to come here for the xmas displays. A good selection of goods all year round. A nice restaurant with reasonable prices. Even the toilets are spacious and clean.
I love coming here ,because it is an integrated merchandise garden shopping area.
Great garden centre. Diversified with other businesses so a good shopping trip.
My Friend and I had a wonderful afternoon tea in the restaurant. Charlotte (assistant manager) and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for a lovely experience ladies. We will be back.
Great Christmas sale on at the moment, plenty of bargains to be had. Not too busy, small wait in the cafe but the food was good
Nice little garden centre has lovely little things and quite frankly everything you could need for your garden and looks a delight at Christmas. Huge let down was the restaurant they have a huge restaurant but they can't seem to run it to save there lives, busy Christmas shopping days not hugely busy but bit more full for Christmas and they had run out on most there items by about 12:30 -1 Which was ridiculous when they serve food for a good few more hours. Worst of all they couldn't even seem to say sorry for it there service in the restaurant the staff were so impolite and alot stood around doing nothing yet tables were dirty and full of plates.
When the food did come for the price you paid if was very lack lust and not worth it there jacket potato was dry and over cook and the side salad was a joke.
So the garden centre fantastic just of your going for food maybe see if a quite day they perform better.
Called in for lunch. It was worth the 15 minute journey from the A46 to get something decent to eat. Nice fresh salad with a decent jacket potato helped break the journey while the wife bought some garden bargains, or so she says 🥲
Breakfast at Notcutts was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Bought lots of plants - the choice was really good and all looked healthy. There are lots of gift ideas as well. My favourite garden centre.
