The staff here are absolutely amazing, so friendly and exactly how customer service should be. I’ve been served by about 6 different people and they have all been great. Always spoil my dog when we go through the drive through and have a chat 😃🐶
First time and deffo not my last. Lovely chatty young lady on drive through on a stressful day . Coffee was lovely and even a smile on the lid not as pure as the one I was greeted with but close.
It's alright but too busy all the time not great taste with the coffees to say they are sooo expensive
As would be expected service and quality of products were to the chains normal good quality, I found the disabled parking was a bit far from the entrance, but maybe I missed seeing a closer blue badge bay.

Put a big order in at the drive-thru, and caitlin and jess were fantastic. All drinks brought out to us in under 10 minutes and they were lovely (the drinks and the customer service). Thank you for such a good experience!
Really good coffee. The only thing I don't like is watching staff smoking next to the emergency exit door. This makes me think that they are making my coffee with smoking hands.
Also I don't like them touching money and putting the lid on the coffee and their hand over the mouth bit of the lid, it always annoys me.
But they are nice but just need to improve.
I could not get through the day sometimes without a costa, these guys keep you running without costing you the earth 👍
Last time I was at daleside costa the girl serving at the drive through convinced me to use the costa app and told me that they do offers 2-3 times a week for costa club members like free cake 🍰 I have already had a free large latte from the points I have saved, they make sure to let you know when you have enough for a free drink when they scan your QR code from the app or keyring/card.

Drive thru staff are always pleasant and friendly and I love how happy they are to see dogs in the car!
