The food here is amazing so fresh and tasty it’s the best Chinese in Nottingham we ordered salt and pepper chicken, veg chowmein and chicken chowmein! 100% recommend I wouldn’t go anywhere else
Feel like this place has dropped a little this year I used to go at least once a week just for the salt and pepper wings but they do not seem as nice anymore also the sauces seem abit difrent I can't find d one that I like prices have increased also
prawn balls are big, fresh and good taste, curry mild and no onion in the curry.
My husband and I bought takeaway from Red Hat today for the very first time and we were quite impressed.
The menu is extensive, the prices are reasonable, the portion sizes are generous, the food was both hot and tasty, the staff were friendly, and the food was ready reasonably quickly.

First time of ordering - extremely impressed! Restaurant quality food and very different from other Chinese takeaways. Reminded me of my first experience of Chinese food in Nottingham in the mid-1960s (on Arkwright Street).

Genuine family run business and the quality has never been anything less than 5 star since they opened. Always good service with fresh tasting, very generous portions.

I have a treat every week Friday or Saturday, I love Red hat 3 . Lovely staff and mmmm delicious treat , the prawn crackers are to die for. Mmmm
