The taste is great and fresh, and the staff working in the shop are very respectful. The employee asked him if this was halal food. He unfortunately said no, but there is a second halal branch and directed me to the road. Ordered vegan food and went to pay the money. The branch only receives the card and I do not carry the card, so the employee paid me and I gave her money. I am very, very grateful for this attention to customers.
Food was excellent however, whilst half of the order was nice and hot, the rest was stone cold. I got 2 crinkle wedges + 3 broken ones, not sure of the requirements for a potion but this is just ridiculous, and they forgot the cookies but claimed to have put them in the bag, and apparently have photographic evidence loooool, (like they can't remove them after taking a photo or have made a genuine mistake, point being, I can't see the photographic evidence so the point you're trying to make is?) anyways, JustEat were kind enough to authorize a refund for the missing items.
That said, the Subs were made to perfection.
It's just ashame the order was incomplete, and the staff lack in concentration when packing and sending an order out to be delivered.
Convenient location close to the Motorpoint Arena. Handy for getting a good value Sandwich on route. Usually quite quick to get served. Friendly staff. Has limited seating as quite a small store, but has a customer toilet inside.
I have the vegan meat ball sub and a cookie. The place didn't serve people with out face mask and they are keeping distance from other people. The drinks are also amazing as well.
Stopped for a coffee and a chat with a mate. Very nice place all staff smart and professional. Friendly and welcoming. Place was clean and tidy. The manager came across as professional and welcoming
Really great staff. The 2 x ladies were upmost accomodating and a pleasure of service. After a hard outing of shopping with the kids we were looked after and food and coffee was great.
Good selection if you want something fast and on the go I had a steak and cheese toasted wrap with salad and it was pretty decent 😁
Just another Subway but staff were friendly and place was clean and tidy. Don't forget to ask for receipt and do feedback survey for free cookie.
It's a good place but I couldn't give it 5 stars because it is just sandwiches really. Very good sandwiches but still just sandwiches.
Usual fare of a subway franchise, tasty ingredients and fairly friendly staff, a good outlet for a filling meal.
