Had a take away for collection on Monday and was more than pleasantly surprised. Amazing food! Just lost my local Jamaican take away so was weary about trying somewhere new.. food was absolutely beautiful, couldn't fault anything. The soup wasn't ready but we ordered quite early in the day but will definitely be ordering again and will be telling my mates as well!
Excellent authentic Caribbean food. Frequently order the Jerk chicken rice and peas and patties. Have also tried the curry chicken rice n peas plus plantain. All have been delicious!

Amazing food. I stumbled upon this little gem on Google. Boy we weren't disappointed. The chicken was on point. Just enough spice and very moreish. We will most certainly be back for more.

Came here with 3 Jamaicans, who all rated it highly. The best fried chicken I’ve had, well seasoned with the right amount of spice. Also had plantain and dumplings. Real authentic Jamaican food. Would highly recommend.

I live in Derby and unfortunately some of the carribean takeaways are not great. I traveled from Derby and was not disappointed. The food was beautiful, the mutton was perfect and the dumplings were very nice. Will be making a trip here again 😊
A real gem of a place. I loved everything I ever tried at Tropical Taste. A plus for there homemade juices too. Great FOOD, Great service. The patties are closest I ever tasted to the ones in Jamaica. #toprating
I’m currently at QMC where my baby girl is having major surgery- I hadn’t eaten for two days and made an order for delivery- the gentleman accommodated my order despite being in the middle of the day and the food is AMAZING!!! Portion sizes are HUGE!! Ordered curry mutton, Ackerman and saltfish and oxtail and butter beans all are proper tasty and spot on! Not had food as good as this since leaving London 8yrs ago!

Amazing Caribbean food. I would definitely recommend after having the brown stew fish and jerk chicken last night. Although it was very close to closing time when we visited, the customer service was still second to none.
