Today I visited this Costa drive thru at castle marina retail park in Nottingham.
The drive thru was very efficient, I didn't have to wait very long to get my coffee.
The coffee lived up to my expectations of a Costa coffee, it was nice.
This Costa has had a refurb so it's a much cleaner, brighter coffee shop to be in. It does get really busy so be prepared to wait on weekends.
Always seems busy, but not packed out. Hours are a little longer than many Costa's which is a bonus. Very handy between home and good walks. Drive through option if you don't want to stop long
Friendly enough but took such a long wait, cake carrot cake tasted lush & coffee as always was delish
Just don't understand how it takes so long especially when they have lots of staff on, well we always have to wait but keep coming back so they must be doing something right
They’ve had major improvements, there’s a much wider choice of products now compared to a few years back. Inside is cosier and decor has been refreshed. The outside seating is my favourite thing about this branch. Some staff could be friendlier but there are others who are lovely.
Meet my partner here after work. Nice to break up the day (before heading home) with a hot chocolate or a coffee.
Amazing place but needs more inside seating area, people were struggling to find seats whilst causal people who havent even ordered were sitting back at table overall its a great place only wish they had offers on
Great food and coffee. The problem is with the clearing up afterwards. The staff don't seem aware that tables need clearing. While coffee was great, customer service poor.No lacto free choices. The barista sounded very frustrated like he was forced to work and sounded rude.
Very nice Costa store. Annoying they no longer serve almond milk or the mint chocolate frappe.
Very busy store but that in mind effectient service and lots of choice of food on offer.
Lovely place to grab a cup if coffee or tea. Nice selection of cakes and friendly staff.

Loved the caramel apple pie, it was the nicest dessert I've had in years!
Great costa, the employee that served me today was really good at their job to say it was only their second day!! However the usual employees are quite slow compared to the ones in city centre so it’s quite annoying when you start work soon

The staff on the register were not very helpful when it came to dietary needs, they had no oat milk and made it very awkward for my wife. The coffee was very weak but the hot chocolate my wife had she really enjoyed. There is no love in making the coffee everything just looked rushed and slapped on
