Please bring back the BLUEBERRY BUBBLE FRAPPE cause it is delicious and I miss it .
Quick snack with wife, she claims this branch has the best toasted tea cakes, but I just love the bacon rolls, followed by the raspberry and orange cake.

Mine and my mums car had broken down and the staff were incredibly kind and caring offering us to sit in and use the bathroom for as long as needed and when needed. A lovely atmosphere and staff

I recently visited Costa Coffee - Bulwell and was impressed by the overall experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and ambient lighting. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee, which was evident in the quality of the drinks they served.
I ordered a mocha and was pleasantly surprised by the rich and indulgent taste. The espresso was perfectly extracted, and the chocolate was decadent, creating a perfect balance of flavors. I also tried a few of their pastries, which were freshly baked and delicious.
The prices were reasonable for the quality of the coffee and food, and the service was prompt and efficient. The shop was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.

The cafe is quite busy, but still enough seats to welcome customers.
Good point about this Costa:
1.) Staff are lovely and friendly (dropped my bank card right before I left and they immediate gave it back to me after I went into the loo and was about to leave the shopš
)
2.) 25p off my hot drink (I ordered Medium Chai Tea Latte with Soya Milk) from bringing my own cup; I wasnāt charged extra for Soya Milk :)
3.) Ambience and the decorā pleasing and soothing: great place to meet up or work!
4.) There are a few power sockets on a few corners of the cafeā perfect for a quick charge!
5.) The toilets require a code to access, and the code is changed frequently (limits public access but hence maintain a good standard of cleanliness, no foul smell of drains which is a plus)
Tip for visitors:
Phone Signal in the cafe is pretty appallingā if you need to connect to the Shop WiFi, try to connect it outdoors before going into the shop (you will need to receive a code through a text to access The Cloud, and without signal, you canāt receive the text and use the WiFi)
If you are hoping to receive or make phone calls while you are in the cafe, best connect to WiFi too to make WiFi calls :)
Overallā I really enjoyed my visit as I was able to work without getting disrupted :) Highly recommend!
Staff are always super helpful, polite and friendly. They always remember that I have allergies and make sure my order is as allergen friendly as possible before I receive it.

Every single time we step foot in this costa, it is like we are being welcomed by family.
The staff who work here work so hard! They are the friendliest bunch of people we have the pleasure of seeing. They are always smiling, laughing and we can see that they genuinely enjoy their work and like to see the customers. The food and drinks they make are consistently great! The best of any costa I have ever been to. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and the tables and floors are always clean.
We like Costa Coffee so we use them a lot when we're out and about, coffee is always good but they do sell tea and other drinks as well as snacks,staff were very helpful and friendly so all good š š
Clean place, efficient staff, will bring tray of drinks to table if asked, no problem. Plus coffee is great..
