Came here Sunday, ordered food, 5 minutes later my son swung back on his chair and split his head open, a lovely waitress who I didn't get the name of and a manager called john rushed over to help, we all knew by the look of it that he needed it glueing so they helped us bandage his head up and boxed our food up. Thank you so much for all your help and compassion, hopefully next time we come we will get to actually eat our food and dessert and drink the beer we ordered

We have not been to pizza hut in a very long time! Defiantly not be returning again There was certainly lack of staff when we arrived. Once our food was given, no one came to see if we needed anything. Had to help ourself to tissues & culturally Had to ask twice for my bill, as the assistant was talking We ordered a margarita pizza, which was horrible and tasteless That night we all had stomach cramps and diarrhoea.

Nice place… pizza always better here than that pizza company with the annoying adverts, Would like to have seen thin crust pepperoni on the lunch time buffet.

Long time since we've visited a pizza hut restaurant but on the way back from a hospital visit so popped in. Pleasant welcome on arrival, great service from all and food was excellent and very tasty.Special shout out to our lovely waitress dont recall name but had glasses on and curly hair and was very professional and according to my wife had a really nice aura about her . Well done team, will be returning. 👏

Outstanding in every way! The welcome we received was genuine and friendly. My teenage son (awkward age) was put at ease, and felt comfortable in a new setting. The food was fresh and regularly replenished. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and staff were available yet always cleaning or busy keeping the space tidy. I was hugely surprised as I expected what is usual for chain-restaurants and the reality was far greater. This was probably one of my most enjoyable meals out for a long time.

Felt the need to write another review. After the last positive experience I decided it was about to time to go for another family pizza. On speaking to Andy the manager several days in advance he was very accommodating in reserving me a booth for my family therefore creating a more private seating for us. Andy is a approachable and friendly and did what he could to make it a great visit again. We even got the same server we had on my sons birthday last year. So also a big ‘job well done’ to Chris!!! Chris is a great guy with all ages. Whether it be my daughter aged 7 or my dad aged 76 he is very friendly and genuine. I’m not saying the other staff are no good as I’m sure they are all nice but I do have to say Andy and Chris on the night were great. I did also speak with Rebecca the last time I popped in regarding a takeaway and she also had very good customer service. Thanks Castle Marina 🙂🍕

Enjoyed our GOAT and Supreme pizzas. Had a very long wait for our dessert though (over half an hour), when the restaurant was not busy. Unlimited free salad is always a bonus. The cookie dough sharer was nice, we had the white chocolate & caramel and cookies & creme to share

Nice little Pizza Hut. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean environs. Was just slightly disappointed with my pizza as the balsamic drench had been turned I to a balsamic shower on my pizza, thereby drowning all flavours underneath. Hopefully a one off error.

Visited tonight with my partner, and we made use of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme and also Meerkat Meals (2 for 1). With these offers, it was a great, cheap, filling and tasty meal. If we'd had one or the other, I'd have been feeling like the meal was OK but overpriced for what it was. With neither, I'd have felt it was a massive ripoff (see receipt photo (£60 vs £40 vs £17). We ordered 2 sides (classed as starters), 2 individual stuffed crust pizzas, 2 desserts and 3 soft drinks. Due to covid, the menu has been shrunk, choice of pizzas wasn't great but you are allowed to swap ingredients. You can't get refill drinks and salad bar is essentially, do you want the staff to bring you a small bowl of green salad (cherry toms, lettuce and grated carrot), potato salad or coleslaw. If you want more salad, it's a £1. No choice on what you get, no dressings etc. Drinks and salad bar previously a big pull for me and without def made the experience worse. Service was good, speedy. Make sure you register your car reg if you park. Food itself was all tasty (especially the stuffed crust which I'd never normally upgrade to but with the savings we splurged) but soso overpriced. It's like Pizza Hut expect people to go there with offers so purposely price everything exorbitantly. Just makes everything complicated. I also dislike that they only offer individual or sharing pizza sizes now. They used to offer a broader range. Would recommend but make sure you can take advantage of an offer!!

AMAZING SERVICE, WOULD RETURN HAPPILY! Me and my partner went to this restaurant and we were very impressed by the professionalism and the work ethic of the staff that were working the night of the 28th July 2022. It seemed like they were very short staffed and the restaurant was extremely busy. 2 staff members in particular were absolutely outstanding, Charlotte and Steven! I want to thank them two in especially as they were working so hard to make everyone's experience the best they possiblely could given the circumstances of the night! A massive thank you!

Walked in to be informed by the staff they were really behind on orders and getting tables ready and it would be half an hour before we would have a table. Then once we sat down, we were told our food may also take over half an hour. To be honest for most people this would be a bad experience, but I honestly appreciated the upfront honesty Food was as expected. Service had been a lot better than I experienced in the past. We were taken care of by the young lady and gentleman, didn’t get a chance to thank them, hope the manager passed on my regards

Castle Marina Pizza Hut Nottingham. My son chose to have his 9th birthday meal at Pizza Hut and he was very happy with it. On speaking to Chris on the phone to reserve a suitable booth to seat the party. We were then also served by Chris on the day. His service was very good on all levels, taking the order, serving, speaking to the variety of ages including the birthday boy and also for going beyond what he needed to do as a server. A very good experience thanks to Chris and the team. Well Done Castle Marina

Very attentive when any issues raised, got replacement pizza really quickly. Went for my son's 6th birthday, I find the kids meal deal great value and the novelty of a salad bar means they actually eat some healthy food which rarely happens when you eat out elsewhere 😃. For a lighter meal I found the flatbread very tasty.
