Consistently good food. Tonight (25/09/17) was exceptionally good. Pizza was beautiful, the chillies were a chilli lover's dream. The fried chicken was cooked perfectly. I'm still yet to have my piri piri wrap, and that's normally my favourite dish, so I can only imagine it's gonna be awesome. I always rate food from Chunky Chicken, but tonight I really felt the need to give it its credit where credit's due.

Surpsingly good. Expected a kebab shop experience.... Got the next level. Below a nandos but above your usual kebab/fast food shack. I had two meals (both chicken obviously) one lunch time and one dinner time. The wrap was good and filling and the regular platter for dinner was particularly good value for money!
When the right staff are there food is very good, been a customer since it opened in and off. Good pizza fresh ingredients
If you're looking for standard takeaway pizza as opposed to the fancy stonebaked kind, you wont do much better than this in Notts. Chicken burger was also moist and tasty and the chips were hot and fresh.
Always loved Chunky Chicken 😍 have ordered or got in the store probably about 20 times in total over my 3 years in Notts, and they have never let me down, no complaints whatsoever. The food exceeds your expectations for such incredibly low prices and for somewhere a lot of people go for drunk scran.
Nice menu, all the comfort food you could want, fresh ingredients and everything is cooked perfectly. The pizzas are great - nice base and generous amount of cheese with a really nice tomato sauce too, the chips are crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside (which seems so hard to find these days.)
Plus the service has always been prompt and very friendly, the guy today was a delight and brought my food within 12 minutes of me ordering! Very happy, thank you :)
Marlo is the best. Lovely man and great service. I would come into chunky chicken just for him. Side note, there was no doner meat but Marlo made up for it. Thanks Marlo :)
Amazing place with very delicious and halal foods. It also offers special discounts to Students. The staff are very friendly. Among all the appetizing foods served here I would personally suggest to eat their Chicken Hot Wings (both as a solo or meal) and Asian Spicy Pizza.

Recently every time I order they seem to forget a portion of chips when I order 2 meals. Usually resolved by ringing them up but the fact this happened twice is quite annoying. However, the food is always been a place to go for me whenever I'm in Nottingham. Good wings and the inferno burger is always a go to burger for me whenever I order from here. Atmosphere here is great, enough room and space to eat in and clean too. One of my favourite places to go in Nottingham for fast food.
Went here after local concert show, Great place for a quick bite or full meal. Good food, reasonably priced, fast service. Recommended.
Good is nice the peri peri chicken platter is very good value and taste salad is always fresh. Could do with more sometimes but its taster. The children's meal is nice popcorn chicken and chicken wings nice aswell. Staff always polite and helpful. Will go again.
