The Peacock Pub Clifton Nottingham - Nottingham - Photo album

Stopped off here on the drive home from London when Newcastle played Chelsea away the night before. Great service, quality food and afternoon music on for entertainment, plus sports on the TV, so we watched Day 1 of the Cheltenham Festival. Reasonably priced, too. Would recommend.
I grew up in the area and came by for a visit with the family. Stopped off in the peacock for a meal 2 adults and 2 kids. Really busy! But the staff did an amazing job at keeping on top of things and provided a wonderful service. The food is just as good as I remembered and a very reasonable price.
Came in for lunch and got the chicken and bacon salad, it was beautiful. Service was quick, officiant and polite, lovely and friendly atmosphere. First time trying this dish and I would 100% order again. The staff on shift in the kitchen was lil :)
Had the chip shop platter was lovely well worth the price. I was also surprised how busy it got on a Thursday afternoon with people eating so must be good if the locals are filling it up
Been a few times for lunch with my mum. Always have the 2 meals for £10.99, and they're a bargain, tried most over the time, all really nice, and generous portions, not finished one yet!
When I came in for lunch couple weeks ago Kyle Makayla becca gave me great service will definitely be returning. Thank you for your service x
We came for Sunday lunch a couple of weeks ago when we visited my step daughter at uni for the 1st time. We needed somewhere local to her as I am in a leg cast & relying on a frame to get around! Definitely not disappointed!!! Beautiful sunday lunch for 2 at an amazing price plus a whale & chips for
Comfortable seating, hot food, friendly staff - what more can you need!!!
Service from Makayla and Rebecca was amazing when coming for food will definitely be returning x
Good food and social distancing measures. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Booked 15 for a birthday meal with family for my wife, got to say, was pleasantly surprised. From ordering the food , which was a very fair price to leaving the pub, not a problem. Staff were helpful to say it was busy due to England game. All food was brought at same time, hot and without any issue
The Peacock is perfectly cornered on the traffic light of South Church Road, opposite the Clifton young people center. Parking is very spacious and the back garden is even bigger for families as well. It was my first time going in there and didn't expect it to be big inside and out. TV's for sports
Lovely atmosphere. Amazing food I had the katsu curry burger it was to die for. Daughter had gooey chocolate brownie for pudding with vanilla ice cream very tasty and just enough. Staff very friendly and nice little outdoor play area for the kids. Would definitely visit again!
Had a lovely lunch with a couple of freinds thisafternoon. Kelly was on her own so friendly and efficient. Our only criticism was that they had a Marlborough sauvignon on the menu but none in the fridge
We came on a wintery snowy Thursday and were greeted with a warm welcome by Owen who served us I ordered the gammon egg and chips and it was the best I’ve had for a long time. The coconut sponge was light and yummy ideal pudding on a bleak winters day. Super fast service and the all staff excelled
I absolutely adore their burger! However, I would rate the atmosphere with 3 stars due to the need for improved cleanliness in their furniture
Been once with my daughter to meet a friend on a Saturday evening and it was pleasantly bustling with a welcoming atmosphere. Would deffo go again. Large outdoor space, plenty of spaced out bench tables and with really good kids play area and toy machines.
