Went to Five Guys for the first time. Was really surprised that they don’t sell any hot drinks especially as I was desperate for a coffee. Asked if it was okay to go and get one from somewhere and bring it in. A guy call Lee said that was okay and recommend where to go. Tried 3 places nearby to no avail. One had a broken coffee machine, another no take away cups. When I got back Lee came over to see how I had got on and when he learnt that I had been unsuccessful he brought me out a cup of coffee from his own personal flask. That’s what I call service above and beyond. You’re a credit to Five Guy’s Lee.
Yes it’s pricy but it’s so very good. Great burgers, the Cajun chips are also awesome, shakes so calorie laden you’ll probably be sick, but it’s totally worth it.

Always 5 star. Food is fresh, hot, and delicious. I love that the toppings are all free. Service is great, quick and efficient even when they’re busy, and it’s really clean too.
I’d recommend getting a large fries and splitting it between two as it’s cheaper. Also get a strawberry milkshake for your drive home… you won’t regret it.

Five Guys is a great Burger bar. Definitely not fast food but good burgers and the low carb lettuce wrapped burgers are the best I have had.
We both absolutely love coming to five guys and thoroughly enjoy every visit. Yes it’s overpriced but it’s worth the money every time. We visited on Sunday night and had our usual, two bacon cheeseburgers and a cajun fries to share along with two milkshakes. Will be back again.

Update 27/10/22 - another visit, another positive - I wasn't on my best when ordering and make mistake, which I confirmed when till girl asked. And forget to order chips on top 🤯, great... Anyway, went to till again, explain what happened - they stop my order in time, corrected and even make sure I will get hamburger together with separate ordered fries ! 👏🏻
All with smile and understanding, I felt great and soon after get my hamburger (see picture below, 👀 notice very clever straw - free lid on top of my bottomless 👍🏻).
I tested other awarded hamburger buisness yesterday, much pricier like Five Guys, but here you can see it's a still fast food, but with staff involved and happy to work here - which is a nice contrast to sooo many other chains eateries, where staff looking more like from correction facility, sorry... Yes, it's cost you few quids more than McDonald, but you get quality burger with quality "all free" add-ons, bottomless drink and conscious free feeling that they WANT TO SERVE your appetite, priceless 👈🏻

Spacious new restaurant, second in Nottingham, with convenient free parking, next to Showcase Cinema, just hoop from ring road.
As always high quality burgers and hotdogs with unlimited toppings, drinks and monkey nuts to accomplish, served by friendly staff, cooked in front of you at open kitchen. Slightly pricey but worthy for high quality fast food made from fresh meat and cooked on healthy arahid oil.
Definitely sin free and recommended 👍
BTW, it's American with American sizes, so if you use to other fast foods they "small" burgers and fries will be enough 😉

The downfall is the price, they are very expensive, so it's definitely a treat to go there.

Nice hot dog ! I have had the one with cheese and bacon, topped with grilled mushrooms, jalapeños and no sauce.

Great place to eat. Jammed full of 'Americana' style from the fifties era. The only thing missing is a jukebox! The manager is a gent and will happily give his time to discuss any aspect of the business. Menu is mainly limited to catering for beef lovers so I struggled as I dont eat beef but the BLT is outstanding and I highly recommend it. Otherwise it would be a 5 star review. I think a couple of chicken dishes on the menu wouldnt go amiss. Also maybe something Halloumi based options for vegetarians. The chips/fries are also highly recommended. (PLEASE CHECK THE OIL THEY USE IF YOU HAVE NUT ALLERGIES or any other dietary requirements) Very freindly staff and a high standard of hygiene. Will be making another visit when funds can stretch to a not inexpensive menu.
We went to five guys before a cinema showing and the prices were crazy for what we thought was a fast food but the portions are large and the price is actually justified. The burgers are juicy. And the fries are amazing.
Great place for a bite to eat. On the pricey side, but you get quality food. Staff are friendly and service was as fast as can be, can't complain about a burger I'm paying someone to make me. Clean toilets and restaurant area. I always get the hamburger lettuce wrap and its a game changer. Who needs the added carbs from the buns, better to move those to the fries!
Great five guy quality food. The fries are a must in here.. I am particularly fund of tbr hotdogs.. The perfect cheat day treat, the shakes are great and you have the option of mixing and matching them.
Also, did I mention the shakes were great?? 😂😂
