My favourite cafe nero, the staff here seem extra friendly. I love having the tomato and basil soup. Upstairs is lovely, especially if you can get a corner or window seat. Nice place to read a book. Always feels cosier than other chain coffee shops.
This quaint Caffè Nero is a nice place to escape the bustle of Old Market Square, but not entirely. When in during a rush, the seating downstairs can unintentionally make you develop close bonds with the strangers around you in a type of ao3 'trapped in the same space and forced to reconcile their d
Love the coffee, staff are always great and quick. The only thing I would say is that downstairs does not have enough seating (can't be helped I know) and having a pram as well makes things a bit awkward so I can't always sit in with a coffee. There is upstairs seating but I can't carry the pram up
The nicest barista in town. I was welcomed by this lovely chap at the counter, outside they had the poster announcing Guatemala coffee so I decided to enter to try it. When I asked him about this coffee he had a great knowledge of this product and gave me lots of information and the best way to tas
All very good stuff. Nero needs more mushroom-based dishes. At least one café should increase working hours to 9 pm to compete with Costa and Starbucks popularity. Keep raspberry roulade going.
Peach bellini meringue not delicious but all others are too much good . I'm looking also for cheese coruassant , hope to but in New menu
Good service. Nice environment.
Very friendly polite staff Coffee latte is delicious and cakes are good 👍
Excellent customer service experience in this place. Arsi and Rafal had a very professional beautiful smile that made this place cosy and welcome! The Luxury Caramel latte with extra cream on top of cream was the Heaven on Earth! Brilliant service, wonderful team!
Great coffee served here. Didn't try the food, although it looked very nice. Great polite service but a bit chilly inside.
I always prefer cafe Nero because they give double shot of coffee as opposed to one. it's never to crowded like other coffee shops I know
Outstanding customer service, very friendly service, always greeted with smiles and a lovely ambience. The best Café Nero in Nottingham for customer service and friendliness. Well done guys! 10/10
Absolutely thrilling experience every time I have a coffee in this shop! Andrea reached the peak of the Best customer service expectations!
Good place to go for a coffee, staff are nice, I do wish they clean up tables more often.
Usually end up having to take off someone’s tray outside.
Love cafe Nero.. food is expensive..the pastries and coffees are excellent though.
Staff are helpful they advised me on the best coffee for my needs.
Explained the difference between a cortado and a latte and I deferred to the latte yet again! Not that adventurous.
My daughter loved her hot chocolat
I go here daily for my coffee and the staff take the time to chat and get to know you. The other Nero’s in Nottingham don’t compare. The staff are all grumpy and bearly utter a word to you. If you want good coffee and great service I’d recommend the Wheeler gate location anytime.
One of my favourite coffee shops even in the other Neros in Nottingham x
One of my go to coffee shops. The customer service here is great & the staff are very helpful. Love love love.
