We booked a Christmas Fayre meal with friends for last night. All I can say is everything was fantastic...the food, the wine, the service & the attentiveness of the staff. This place is our local so we do pop in for an ordinary pub meal & real ale sometimes - neither of which disappoint. Thank you.

Couldn't get in to Nandos- the lady in there recommended this place when I asked for good pub grub. 3 generations- me, mum & my nan had lunch on the 2 for £10 menu. Extremely good value for money. Quick friendly service, relaxed atmosphere. We had chicken ham and leek pie and gammon- no faults! Absolutely lovely. 5*

This is a great pub. Called in at lunchtime for our first visit. It's very pleasant inside, warm and welcoming. Good selection of drinks. And nice light lunch choices. Minestrone soup was excellent. Full of vegetables and very hot. Then fish and chips which were really nicely cooked. All rounded off with two lovely barmaid's who made us feel welcome right away . Definitely worth a visit.

We decided to pop out for dinner last night as it was a lovely evening. Initially tried another pub but that was really busy so decided to come here as it wasn't too far. Surprisingly wasn't as busy as I thought it'd be as I've driven past numerous times and the beer garden to the front is always busy on sunny days. Managed to get a table and was able to order drinks and meals at the bar. Staff were really friendly and upon ordering our meals was surprised to learn that mine and my wife's main meals were 2 for £15! As meals go, they were nice and kids enjoyed theirs. Can't complain for the price either. Would highly recommend trying and was surprised how nice it was.

Catch up last night with friends/ ex work colleagues Nice friendly staff, warm welcome, Nice food, halloumi salad, hunters chicken, lasagne, few drinks and pot of tea. Sat at table 20 but it was very cold so after we'd eaten we moved up near the bar where the radiator was lovely and hot. Great place to meet up with family and friends.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Hayloft, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The selection of drinks was impressive, offering a wide range of craft beers, cocktails, and wines to suit every taste. The food was absolutely outstanding - each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, and the flavors were simply divine. Whether you're in the mood for classic pub fare or something a bit more adventurous, The Hayloft has you covered. I particularly enjoyed the hearty burgers and the flavorful fish and chips. What truly sets The Hayloft apart, however, is the impeccable service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. It's clear that they take great pride in what they do, and it certainly shows. Overall, I can't recommend The Hayloft highly enough. Whether you're looking for a casual spot to grab a drink with friends or a cozy place to enjoy a delicious meal, this pub ticks all the boxes. Five stars all around - I'll definitely be back soon!

I really enjoyed the nachos, it’s the first time I’ve come across decent homemade nachos where they wasn’t burnt or deep fried and just thrown onto a plate with nothing with them. The meat was very succulent and juicy, it’s a shame they didn’t have any offers like family offers or Sunday offers, but I must admit it was very comfortable with its rustic Barn theme they have going and the food was very nice :)

We had the most beautiful bacon cheese burger, best thing on the menu for sure as tried mixed grill previously which was swimming in grease. Unfortunately lots of screaming kids running riot around the pub , maybe we chose the wrong time to eat but this has been the past few times we've been. Not the pubs fault but just a pointer if your thinking of going for a meal maybe go 7pm onwards. Service was fantastic as always

Finished at Ikea and fancied some local pub grub, lo and behold Hayloft was nearby! Had the mixed grill (£13.49) which they did cook the steak medium rare as requested + peppercorn sauce (£1.50), southern fried chicken chicken burger (£10.99) accompanied with mocktails (£2.25 each). The meals were really enjoyable and the chips were great, you can see the from the photo they gave a decent amount! Very well priced for what you can typically today. We unknowingly went in at a busy time during a football game, but the locals were fine and were not at all boisterous nor loud. Certainly recommend this local pub for good ol pub grub!

Beautifully refurbished after the place was visible aged. I like the style and the countryside pub design, the variety of drinks is quite good and the staf is quite friendly. Regarding food, welllllll... not the best place to eat, but not the worst, the food it is quite basic, even for a pub, ok in general, they offer large colorful portions. I recommend it for drinks and atmosphere, in the end is a pub, not a restaurant.

I've been coming here for a few years, and the atmosphere is always welcoming, relaxed, and chilled. The food consistently impresses with generous portions and authentic home-cooked flavors. The stew chicken is particularly amazing! I highly recommend it.

Great 'rustic feel', local pub. First meal we've had . Loaded nachos, louisiana style chicken strips for starters followed by hunter's chicken and beef & ale pie . Served hot and quick , we went early afternoon, and cooked to perfection. We will be back. Thank you Hayloft , lovely bar staff too.
