Nice traditional style pub, almost like a locals pub, but in town. Was pretty busy at the time I was there Saturday late afternoon. Good atmosphere, groups and couples, most with a bit of maturity 🙂 Overall well recommended, typical prices for Nottingham area, enjoy!
Popped in to the stage before a gig at Rock City recently. Even though the young man behind the bar was on his own and rushed of his feet, he still made time for us (and everyone else!). Service with a smile.

Been coming here for many years now and is not lost its touch, great atmosphere and great bar staff. I've just had a Christmas dinner here and I think it might be even better than last year. The best Christmas dinner in Nottingham.
Loved this great place, so different and full of atmosphere. When we return to Nottingham we shall definitely be going there again.

Really surprised at how nice this pub was, everywhere was clean n tidy, very friendly n helpful bar staff and we visited at different times so obviously different staff.
Will definitely visit again.
