I came here recently for a family get together and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this pub was inside. The service and food were great. I’d definitely eat here again

We had our Xmas festive girls dinner there on Friday 8th December. The food was beautiful, we all commented on how much choice there was for the 4 of us. We all had different starters and different mains too! The young lady that helped us with our wine choices was lovely. I believe her name was Ta
You certainly get a lot on your plate , the meals plentiful and the steak cooked how we liked it. 4 of us had starters main meal and drinks, just over £100 .. Quiet for a Friday but close to xmas i guess. Staff helpful and friendly.
Piped in for a quick tea, very accommodating as they were rammed but found me a little spot for a rest. Will be back to try the food as it looked amazing.
Not bad. First time back in a long time and now a trendy steak bar. Limited ales but enjoyed visiting.
Nice pub with a wide range of drinks and lots of options from the kitchen! Love the grill menu and daily specials such as Monday club [great prices!] Portions are suppeeerb as you can see 😉

Thought we woykd try again as our last visit was terrible, nothing changed , prawns for the prawn cocktail were horrendous and our steaks were very tough again , will be a while before we return , shame as we were regulars there once upon a time ....
Friendly staff, food was delicious and a good price for the serving. Followed Covid rules and wasn’t busy so very peaceful
