We visited today as a birthday treat for our daughter. I had communicated beforehand via Facebook messenger to book a table and ask about parking etc and recieved polite informative messages back in good time. We were greeted plesently by several staff members and shown to a booth decorated with balloons and then menus were brought to us and explained. The visual of the bubble waffle option captured the kids eyes ��. We ordered a variety of puddings including waffle sundae and bubble waffle along with drinks. The staff were helpful with discussing the ingredients of puddings and offered free strawberries for a member of our party who couldn't eat from their menu. All food was delicious and everybody enjoyed.
As we finished our puddings the staff appeared with a cake and card singing happy birthday to our daughter who was suitably surprised (as we all were!). She couldn't possibly eat the extra cake but a take away box was provided upon request.
We were very impressed with friendly, helpful and attentative staff and delicious food that we all enjoyed. Thank you creams!
Best Waffles and Sundaes in town, so much to choose from. Amazing creations and combinations. Great service, always friendly staff and can also recommend which shake to go for.
Always visit at least once a week if we can !

Visited last week for desert at around 4:00. It was very quiet but the staff were friendly and very efficient. The cookie dough was really nice and the waffle was great. Portion sizes were big, maybe a bit too big if you're planning to go here after a meal but leftovers can be taken away. I was particularly impressed that you get soft serve ice cream along with a scoop as well. Would recommend the make your own waffle (be mindful of the additional prices) and the white chocolate bueno cookie dough they were both very yummy!

Visited late evening, ordered crepes and sundaes. The Crepe was slightly rubbery so we told them this.. they made a new one without any hesitation. Service in general was good no complaints.
Lovely! Don’t eat anything an hour before or you’ll regret it. Fantastic experience, quick service an a table straight away. The birthday girl even got a free slice of cake!
First visit today, Nice place, and very impressed with what we ordered which were mango mania and totally minted ice cream. Only one suggestion, would be great if there are Vegetarian symbol in non 'vegan menu' too as i had to ask the person in the till if what we ordered its suitable for vegetarian apart from that perfect. Would definitely come back again.
This place is my favourite desserts place in Nottingham, the waffles is my go to and is always just wonderful. The drinks and the food are always impressive everytime I come here. The best thing about this place is that they close late so it is the perfect place to come to and enjoy time with friends. The staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is great. Definitely recommend!
The service is quite good. We were seated when we walked in by friendly staff, given a menu and directed to place our order at the till when ready. There are different varieties to choose from (waffles, crepes , cakes, milkshakes, smoothies etc) and items on the menu can be customised for you at an extra cost.
The wait time wasn't very long and the waffles tasted good, they are prepared fresh for each order and come with ice-cream at the side. The milkshake was also amazing, just the right amount of thickness. Will definitely recommend!
Massive portions... great quality food... if you want to mess up your diet the come to creamscafe. The staff are nice, plenty of seats. Very clean 👌👌
The waffles from Creams are next level! I’ve had some pretty good waffles in my time, but this place completely towers above the rest. We travel here regularly from Lincoln just for this reason only :D if you love waffles, make sure you pay Creams a visit! The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Food was delish, we all made our own bubble waffles and they were huge. Great selection of ice cream and sorbet. Was a bit hard to find on Google maps for out of towners but very close to a movie house/entertainment centre so made for a good day out. Decor was dark but nice, food came out quickly. You order at the till but food is brought to your table.
We were promptly made seated and given menus.Ordered a ferroro rocher sundae, tasted good...it's slightly expensive..was priced 7.95 , couldn't finish the whole thing , cz chocolate fills you up.Service was good.Might try their waffles next time

I had a nutty bonoffee waffle and it was amazing. The actual waffle itself was so soft and filling and is absolutely massive. There was so much sauce on my waffle yet still it didn't even taste the slightest bit sickly. You definitely get your moneys worth at this desert shop. It's better than any shop in Nottingham. I highly recommended it!
