First time I've ever been to a Nandos.
The better half suggested it before we took our boys the the large play area across the road.
I was very sceptical about going as I love chicken and not a big fan on spices, herbs etc.
However, loved everything about it.
Loved the food, the atmosphere and the professionalism from the staff.
Definitely a place I'd recommend!
This was the first time we have visited, definitely go again , staff were friendly and attentive, we enjoyed the food, chicken was lovely , toddler on next table thought so too she cleared her plate ,coffee was good ,great atmosphere very busy ,
This is my local Nandos so I've been here loads of times. I generally try and avoid the really busy retail parks times though.
Ate here on Friday night and expected to be waiting ages for a table but was seated in a few minutes.
Food is is always pretty quick and always tasty.
For those that complain about choice on the menu.... It's a chicken place, that's what they do, if you don't want chicken go somewhere else 🙄
Loved it me and the missis needed that after walking round most of the shops in the retail park was abit busy but got sorted after about 10 minutes and the food was spot on thanks to all the staff very well done

Great experience at this Nando’s branch. Service was great, food was excellent. Tishawn was well mannered and served our table very well.
I had exceptional service from Nando’s in Giltbrook this evening thanks to Max, Amelia and Owen who looked after me throughout my time in the restaurant. The food I ordered came to my table faultlessly. Max welcomed me into the restaurant delightfully and took my order rapidly making everything easy for me, it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. Owen checked up on me and asked how I was finding the food, while clearing my table after finishing my meal. Amelia answered any questions I had and sorted my dessert which I had requested very promptly, but still somehow managed to bring it to my table within 90 seconds. Overall, this was the best and most personal experience I’ve had at Nando’s. Well deserved 5 stars❤️
Decent food. Pretty much what you expect from a chain. Had only quite a short wait even though we turned up at Friday tea time without a booking.
Its a place where budget and quality meets. Its a budget friendly food for family, couples or single. Quality is where the food is fantastic and every bite is lovely. Highly recommended.

Great food, mine was cold though and I had to send it back but it was replaced no problem and really quickly. It was a bit noisy with loads of kids running round, but the servers were really helpful and the food was nice.
Fantastic food, best chocolate cake and gelato!
Service was awesome. Delivered with a smile! I went with my 2 young kids who enjoyed the mash and corn on the cob.
Priced perfectly as usual.
They had some awesome Halloween activities too..with haribos and chocolate rewards on completion

After a hard day of shopping till we dropped, went to Nandos and the family enjoyed the meal, one let down was the sharing platter for 2 seemed a little on the light side my parents decided to have. My half chicken seemed to be bigger and that was just for one person. This 4 stars otherwise would have been 5. Hopefully, they will see this and adjust the portion for the platter. Other than that enjoyable, delicious and always can't beat piri piri chicken. Yum yum !!!! 🤗
Great food as always. Its getting way too expensive now for a lunch meal....I mean £16.75 for burger and 2 sides is too much. Should at least include the drink.
Cheeky Nandos is always nice! Easy to order, quick service & tasty food. Love that you can customise, & they have good vegetarian options too.

Location: opposite Decathlon, parking spaces by the restaurant are always available closer to late evening hours
Food: Roast Chicken with different levels of spice to choose from!!!!!! Plus a good range of sides with veggie (peas, corn, coleslaw, roasted veg); chips; rices. Vegetarian dishes are also available!
Cost: A sharing boneless platter is just under £21 (good for 2); bottomless drink is around £3; typical wrap/burger/pitta meals with chicken are around £10

Overall: a superb place to dine if you are in Gilbrook Retail Park; and don’t fancy paying a lot for a carb loaded meal in pizza express or frankie and benny’s...
Great food and people! I been so impressed to be welcomed here, such friendly staff and they do a great job, they all wear masks and I do appreciate this as make me feel safe. The food was cooked to perfection even the place was busy. The manager was very friendly as well and paid attention to my allergy. I am more than happy to come back. Card payments only, but this work well to me.
Great food as always from Nandos but their approach to covid is confusing. They do eat in but not takeaway. We couldn't eat outside in the fresh air because they hadn't the facilities???( Table check, chairs check ). And none of the serving staff wore masks. Oh, and the customer who was continually coughing and sneezing was ignored. Sorry it I won't be going back for a while.
This is a great restaurant. We turned up at 18:30 on a saturday and still only waited 5 minutes to have a table available and ready.
It was also quick to order food, and equally as quick to have it serves.
Great, consistent quality of food and would certainly recommend.
However the prepare / cook their chicken is amqzing
