For the past two years, this has been my go to cafe on the weekend afternoons! Coffee is great and the staff are super warm and friendly.
Just want to say Thankyou to Miriam who greeted me with a lovely smile and great service today while grabbing a lunch break coffee.
If you want to grab a cup of coffee before work or just to go on a quick walk then NERO would be the place for you. The coffee is not the best but it is better than a lot of other places. This branch specifically knows how to make a good cup of coffee.
Tiramisu was excellent as well as hot chocolate. A quiet place to drink your coffee and read. The barista that day was excellent and very kind, she helped me with what to order. I don't know her name, but I thank her. Yes I highly recommend the location.
I popped in last week for coffee and mince pie and a place to get some work done. There were plenty of options of places to sit including places where I could plug my phone and laptop in as well. I sat in the warmth and comfort working for over 2 hours with a coffee and a mince pie. I was even able
This cafe is nicely located and easily accessed making it a good choice to have a break. It has a spacious seating area and a cozy ambiance and a friendly staff.

My favourite Nero in town, especially during sunny weather! Nothing better than enjoying a cup of coffee in the heart of the city!
Not been to Caffe Nero's for a long while. I enjoyed a tea without milk and a slice of carrot cake, both were delicious and a fair price. Thankyou.
Chilled out atmosphere with relaxing jazz as background music. Main toilets downstairs, disabled toilet on ground floor. 👍
Great coffee place, well prepared brews, super nice staff, what's not to love about the little coffee shop on the corner? Urban vibes. Regular snacks and food. Good selection though.
Amazing coffee, a great environment and amazing staff that are insanely efficient. They also have a wide selection of treats and sandwiches to enjoy. I will definitely suggest this place if you are looking for great service and a really, really great cup of coffee!
Gabby and Joanna were absolutely lovely tried the cherry iced latte with my daughter when we found the coffee too strong they did it with decafe no extra charge due to having only taken a couple of sips.

Althoughy special request for coffee with pistachio was fulfilled and the staff was friendly, there were some questionable characters inside which made the atmosphere a bit awkward.
Didn't have food just had coffee it wasn't to the usual high standard
Staff are amazing, Coffee is always perfect.
What's most noticeable at this establishment is the employees' friendliness and customer service skills. I am also very impressed with their listening skills and attentiveness. Caffe Nero should be proud of the front line staff here, they set a high role model standard.
