Love it here as plants are cheap they have wonderful garden features and ornaments. The staff are so helpful and the food is great as me and my mum come regularly. My mum loves to bring her sisters to as it is a treat worth coming for and a lovely walk around the centre to.
Lovely centre with staff who actually know what they’re talking about! Some unusual bits (I ticked 3 things off my wish list in one visit) and reasonable prices. Could spend a fortune! Cafe is nice too, justified use of the word ‘giant’ regards the fish finger baguette 😋 Good little place for an afternoon mooch 😀
My wife and I visited just before Xmas. The food was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful and the Xmas display was great. Bought some winter pansies which have been very good. Will definitely come again.
It was a bit early for all the plants to be ready but had a lovely look round. Brought some half priced garden pots, a quince for the garden. Finished off with a spot of lunch in the pavilion tea room..
I went yesterday with my daughter and little boy and it was great. There was so much choice. We bought all sorts of plants. There was some beautiful and interesting things in the shop aswell. Will definitely be going again :)
When visiting the garden centre I always feel a very welcome atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. And when visiting the pavilion for coffee we always get a very welcoming approach from all the staff.
Initially we weren't overly impressed when we first visited over a year ago but it's really developed into a lovely local garden centre.
Pavilion Tea rooms are well worth calling into. Will definitely be our regular place to go.
We have recently moved to the area and was told about this garden centre. We are creating a Japanese garden and we found some lovely things here for it. Also other plants and lovely pots. A very well run centre.
Once again the staff and service is excellent, me and my mum love coming here. Everyone says hello, and go out of their way to help.

Always quality goods, choices of other products well presented. Coffee shop great has gluten free cakes a bonus, but I feel its a little unfair as some people reserved tables but didn't access the plants or garden products. Just there for coffee and cake
Nice garden centre as they go. Decent selection and prices were OK. Visited during a Bank Holiday weekend so it was busy with gentlefolk. A short wait at the tills but a pleasant experience.
Called in today on a dog walk, we sat outside, the cafe staff where exceptional, a lovely lady with blonde hair brought our food out & even got the dog some doggie sausage, what a nice thought, nothing was too much trouble for her, she’s an asset to the cafe.
The garden centre is amazing now, great selection of plants & the Christmas shop is beautiful. All in all a great visit, garden centres like this one could teach some of the bigger garden centres a thing or too about customer care, very impressive.
Wonderful little garden centre with a very busy tea rooms! Which speaks for the quality really. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and cake available.
The garden centre is currently set up for Christmas in the back rooms but there are plenty of 'normal" garden centre things still available.

Lovely garden centre with so much choice and especially lovely at Christmas, the displays are great. The tea rooms is without a doubt one of if not the best in the area. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is brilliant! The staff are so friendly and always make us feel so welcome. My 1 year old Eve cheers when we pull up in the car park. Highly recommended!
We popped in today, thinking that we would have to sit outside with our little dog to have a coffee, but when we got there We could see that they have got a new covered over dog friendly area. It’s totally enclosed and has lovely faux grass. Felt nice and warm in this winter weather. Plenty of tables in the area. It was so nice to have an area that we could take our dog and have a nice meal without sitting in the cold. Had a lovely breakfast. Thank you Jacksdale Garden Centre thinking about us with dogs.
Tried the tea rooms at jacksdale garden centre for the first time today and it was lovely, a very relaxing atmosphere; the staff was super friendly and the hot chocolate was a work of art (unfortunately I tucked straight into it before I could take a picture as it was too delicious not to!) However here's a picture of my toasted teacake. The food was fresh, tasty and obviously of really good quality and reasonably priced. Anyone wondering whether to give this place a try or not should absolutely go for it you won't regret it. We will be back again soon!!
What a lovely garden centre. Great choice of plants, ornaments and furniture. We tried the cafe and the food was very tasty couple with friendly service. If you are near, pop in you won't be disappointed
I visited with friends for the first time today and it is such a lovely little tea room with fab food and fab prices too! I had an excellent cuppa and Jam on toast! I think we may have found our new meetup place! the staff are so friendly!

What an all round lovely garden centre. Staff are all so welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The tea room is the best we have ever found by far. The food is really good with healthy portions. The cakes are absolutely delicious and again the staff are so lovely. Nickisha and Kelsey always have a smile and are super welcoming as are all the guys in the coffee shop. Their customer care goes well over and beyond and is very appreciated. They are an absolute credit to you. We have now become regulars and will continue to visit as you feel totally valued as a customer. Keep doing what you are doing and being amazing guys!!
Not been for years and it's clearly being ran by someone that cares/knows what they're doing. All the plants are healthy, neat and tidy and displayed well. The outdoor plant area is being revamped with new wooden benches being made so look forward to seeing how that develops. The Christmas area and gift area were really well stocked with some different things I've not seen before and really nicely laid out. Really impressed.
First ever visit to the tearoom and wasn't disappointed!
The coffee was delicious, Raspberry and white chocolate Scones were to die for. Lovely and warm and cosy in there and the staff were very pleasant.
Very nice , Bigger than you think from the front . Got lovely well looked after plants , Shop is very good .There is a cafe but gets very busy .

Great place for supplies and plants. We recently picked up some plum slate from here, plenty of other aggregate choices. Very nice garden tools, cafes great.
