We went to eat at this restaurant after 5pm and they only had a combo set for £9.50 offered after 5pm, so I ordered that.The taste was good but on the side menu's corn ribs and main burrito ingredients were lukewarm.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience today. Mainly served by Cheryl, she is a credit to the store and really amplified our entire experience; so lovely, polite, kind and genuine. She was also particularly aware whilst serving of us dietary needs and the fact that one of us ordered a vegan option,
The entire staff was very cheerful and helping. As a first timer they made me feel very welcome. I would like to specially mention Chloe who was greeting everyone coming in with a very warm smile! ❤️
Had a naked burrito from Tortilla... Looks delicious 😋 The staff who served me (Ty and Semira) were both lovely!
Also got free chocolate covered churros for doing a review aswell!

Cheryl and Samira took my order, both of them were absolutely amazing, even if Cheryl tried to sell me a frozen margarita at 6:30 LOL. Jokes aside, they foster an amazing environment at this restaurant, are crystal clear with what they offer and have definitely gotten themselves a repeat customer! B

Honestly I go here every week and the food is always so good and for a great price. Having a loyalty card is actually worth it if you pass through often and the atmosphere is always buzzing. Brilliant place with traditional Mexican food! The burritos are delicious, even nachos with cheese dip were really good! This place has a fantastic vibe and atmosphere! Value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for Mexican food lovers!
Cheryl was fantastic, great service. The same can not be said about one of her colleagues who rolled her eyes and walked away from serving us, forcing a second server to take over.

Claudia served me today and was fantastic ! My first time at tortilla, and she was so kind, and was helpful when I had an issue with one of my sides. I hope she gets some recognition for this! Looking forward to coming back again :)
