On our annual trip to Nottingham, never been into the pub before, but we went in for a drink and we found the atmosphere really nice, went in the next night for food and I couldn't fault it, food and service were top notch, I would strongly recommend their burgers. We will be back again next year
Had the lasagna with side salad garlic bread and my brother had vegetable curry with chicken breast both very tasty served up very quickly by very efficient staff,certainly the place to go for a reasonably priced meal and drink.

The staff were brilliant nice atmosphere and the 3 way burger was by far the best 3 way I have ever had!
The wife and I popped in on the spur of the moment for a quick bite and a drink.
The young lady at the bar was nice & polite, a big tick in my book.
Service was quick although not that busy
We both had burger meals in various options , cooked beautifully and portioned adequately for lunchtime.

Really nice looking pub. Great food at good prices. Love how they have individual booths with there own TVs and that you can reserve your own. Will definitely be calling in here more often with friends
Professional service. Perfectly cold lager is served here. Comfortable seating in the corner with wall covered by clocks. Interesting place. Good location. Close to Old Market Square.

First time visiting The Loxley for food and it was perfect.
Tiff was very friendly and professional and working extremely hard. Kev in the kitchen was super helpful with our allergen request and we felt reassured that the food would meet our requirements and it absolutely did!
Cannot recommend them enough, we will definitely be back!
Great place for some pub lunch. Slightly on the expensive side but you get a good plate full. We ordered the steak as a medium and unfortunately they arrived well done.

Good F1 coverage
Food was fine, nothing really wrong with it but there's nothing to rave about. Also didn't have a fair few things available from their menu so was overall just a bit underwhelming really. Nothing terrible, and definitely don't think others should avoid, just not really an experience that leads me to want to go back
Mixed staff ratings to be honest, most of the staff are really nice but there is a couple there who seem to go out of their way to feel offended at the smallest of jokes , the food if nice and the pub itself is nice and clean , a bit of music wouldn't go a miss but over all a nice place 😀
Came here a few nights ago for Chelsea vs Liverpool Carabo Cup game, absolutely amazing atmosphere, cheap drinks and friendly staff. All in all, a very inviting pub and if you look for a place for a quick bite and/or to watch any sport, they usually show it on their screens that are in every corner of the pub!
Popped in for food! We had the mixed grill and lasagna!!! Absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend!! Great service! Thank you!

Partner and I went to The Loxley as it was quiet and the deal on menu at that time was Perfect. Tuesday Burger deal, perfect day and perfect deal. For Starter we chose Sharer Doritos and main 2x Quad Beef Burgers and oh boy! Starter was lovely and on spice side which was perfect then Mains. Meat was tender and hot, everything well presented and fresh. We were told to let them know when we finish our Starter and when we are ready for mains which for us was perfect. Didn't have to rush and could give time to digest the starter before we moved onto mains. Staff was very friendly amd helpful.
Overal the place is not the poshest as it is Pub with sports, pool etc... typical hanging out place with good food. At that time it was quiet so was lovely but I guess if you come in peak time it might be busy and loud.
Overal for us 5 stars. Nothing to complain. Keep up the good service!
The place is lively and fun. Can watch matches on game nights as plenty of seating and TVs. A decent drinks selection and pub food options. Never had a bad time here

Food good and the real ale I had was fine. Would have given the place 4🌟 but very friendly and genuine staff member Liv gave it that extra push to 5🌟.
