Definitely a student hang out, great service of our super thick pancakes and tasty maple syrup. We had eaten half of our meal before the milkshake arrives though. So tasty though

Amazing food. Great price!
Bacon and tomatoes cob. That was lovely. Happy with that. Tea was nice. Milkshake yummy. Strawberry and Nutella pancake....oh my days! Delicious, scrumptious and filling. Shop was a little packed when we arrived which was around 1.30/2pm. Can see why! Good quality food. All cooked from fresh.

Enjoyed our feast of pancakes! Good variety of pancakes, waffles, crepes and breakfasts. I was full after the 2 stack apple and cinnamon, my guest struggled with the 3 stack!

This place is insanely good. Pancakes were some of the best I’ve had - big, thick, good portion of sauce, fresh generous amount of banana (I had banoffee ones).
Price is incredibly affordable. Couldn’t believe what I was getting for the cost! Want to come back to try savoury side next.

Such a cosy caff with an amazing menu of pancake, crepe, sandwich and breakfast variations including plenty of vegan ones. Prices are great, good portions, too. You could eat here 3 times a day, no problem.

Jo’s diner is lovely! Cute and quaint and perfect for a breakfast date. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Food came out in good time and the pancakes were literally the best pancakes ever. Lots of coffee options too

Been a few times and the food is always wonderful. Great value, pancakes are to die for and the savoury stuff is great too. I’ve had the banoffee and chocolate pancakes. The ‘short’ stack of two is more than enough! A lovely family business and great vibes- a must if you’re visiting nottingham.

Jo's has been my favourite breakfast place in Nottingham ever since my undergraduate years. I feel like they are a wonderful little hidden gem where you would least expect it. I always go for the spinach & feta crepe and my partner for the veggie breakfast crepe. Both are soooo tasty and filling. I always plan to endeavour to eat a sweet crepe too but there is never any room left after the savoury one ha,ha.
Otherwise, the prices are incredibly affordable and the food is worth stopping for 😋
If you crave a pancake this is the place to go. They have large variety of pancakes and toppings (savoury and sweet or make it your own) to choose from as well as toasties, pabini and possibly more but I stopped there because I found what I would like to order.
