Just been to the hurt the staff are very attentive, food was done perfectly. Highly recommend the filet stake cooked to perfection, an the cheese board is a generous portion of mixed cheeses. Will be attending more often!

Had a lovely time, Easter Sunday 2018 very easy to book, had a lovely table, the food was amazing. We had a bottle of wine and a soft drink, 3 very big roast dinners tgat were cooked to perfection and 3 very caloriefic puddings all for around Β£60, a bit more than what we usually pay but then we are Witherspoon kind of people, so this was a very nice and welcomed change. Would deffinatly go back, if we can get a table ! !

I go to The Hutt ever Saturday, had a lovely rump steak and Strawberry Sunday, kids had burgers and chips.
Staff are lovely and food consistently good.
They are always busy at weekends so booking advisable.
The crispy calamari & Haloumi fries were a fab treat & wonderfully prepared bar snacks. Hospitality is second to none. Cool cider & soft drink was just right. 5* & highly recommended.

The waitress ( Georgia ) 10/10 fitted us in and looked after us like king and queen
Took our orders food arrived and first thing itβs on a hot plate wow ! ( as all hot food should be !!! )
And our food was amazing really tasty well

This is a very nice location that I stumbled on. I was in the area and looking for a nice place for having a meal. I was attracted by the photos on Google maps... and I was not disappointed. Because the restaurant area was fully booked in advance the hostess, Lisa that was very helpful and nice, suggested to have a sit in the bar area and it was a very good suggestion.
Although, she said that the only downside of the bar was the fact that there are no waiters and I will have to order at the bar, I did not feel like a very big difference because I had access at the same menu available as in the restaurant area, so after ordering at the bar and sat at the table. The starters came in good time and they were very good. We had Crispy Salt & Pepper Squid and Korean BBQ Chicken Strips, they were delicious. And after we finished the starters, although it was a busy evening, short time after the starters finish the staff brought the mains, we had Sea Bass & Seared Scallops and 28-Day-aged Prime Sirloin 8oz with Garlic & Mushroom Cream Sauce (V), again we were not disappointed they were delicious, the stake was perfectly cooked to the medium rare, as I requested, and the Sea Bass & Seared Scallops was delicious as far as I understood.
I wood recommend this establishment to anyone that is in the area looking for a nice place to have a good meal, nice event or a meeting because far as I could see is a perfect location for any kind of event. Even if you don't have a reservation the hostess will offer the best sit available in the bar area and the atmosphere is perfect for a nice meal or even a meeting between a small party at the music is at the best volume to be heard and not interrupt any conversation that might happen.
Also seams dog friendly as I saw a sign that said there were dogs ice-cream available on demand.
All in all is a very good location, nice and friendly staff and good food.
This was a lovely place, the staff were friendly and welcoming and found us a space. The food was delicious and a good size so we were very happy with that. The building itself was very nice and had a very relaxed atmosphere, which was perfect after a long walk.
All in all I would say this place is a great place to visit and would suggest it to everyone.

Very spacious place, food OK. Mix up with our birthday party booking. Manager was very helpful to make up for the issue, evan though it was not her making. She went above and beyond to try and make amends.

Salmon, crushed potatoes, poached egg and Fried Halloumi Ciabatta with Fries and small side salad
Both very nice and tasty, served with mayo which of course got to mix in mustard
Ladies toilets was a bit slippery mentioned to staff who went to deal

Lovely building, staff and food.
Service was so quick! We booked for 5:15pm via the website, we arrived at 5 and were seated early. Was so impressed with the minimal time between courses and it was a pleasure to be seen to so quickly, staff were really on the ball.
Sharing starter was our favourite part of the meal, that salt and pepper squid was lovely!

We went again, and it was just as great as last time π
Went there for Christmas Dinner. Confirmed the specific seats 6 weeks prior and again the day before only be told we were stuck in the back with no fire by the kitchen with nothing they could do about it despite us having confirmed twice that we were to be in the main toasty warm atmospheric main room. Service was rude and slow. When we stated our issue the staff were completely
unapologetic and unbothered "computer say no". We asked for other fire to be put on, which they did and then let go out within 10 minutes. Food was nice even if we did have to see the chef come out and throw a strop and things about at the servers. Service slow (but it was a busy Christmas day that could of been overlooked if we were seated in the warm) drinks requests needed to be reminded. All in all kinda ruined Christmas day. Won't doing that again.

Great evening. We were placed in a very tight space and difficult to sit at the table for 6 of us. They did pull the table out of the corner to allow seating at the end of the table. Started the evening on a negative note but apart from a fairly lengthy wait for food, everything else was excellent.
