Been here afew time's over the year's if for food or just afew drinks can't say anything bad about this place. The food is good for the price especially the breakfasts and they even open at 10am on Saturday's and Sunday's for breakfast. The place is more for the older generation and families which i
On our visit I can honestly say there were no negatives at all From booking our table on line to drinks wine and Tribute real ale superbly well kept and presented two rump steaks cooked medium rare to perfection service to bill paying a delightful experience.
Fantastic local pub, I only wish it was local to me! I am here most Wednesday evenings with a group of drinkers with a singing problem... We are always made to feel welcome. I've never eaten here so I don't know about the food but the drinks are great 🙂
An evening meal with the family. Fantastic place with great food and service. The pictures are the lasagne with a side of chips, and the dessert is the treacle sponge with custard. We ate from the set menu, so we had the two course choices. It's really well priced. I loved the fact that in parts
Six of us were treated well, although the table booking app let us down, I think. Maybe an online booking should receive a confirmation message, well it would help. As it was, we were found a table. The meals we had were fine and the staff very attentive to our needs. A good menu with set meal deals
The pub has a large car park, on the main road for easy access by public transport. Plenty of outdoor seating. The decor is excellent and the toilets are also well maintained. We had drinks and also ordered food via the Ember app, which took 55 mins to arrive which we were a little disappointed abou
The food was lovely & plentyful. My partner had steak, he wasnt happy with it. They quickly rectified it and made a fresh one and couldnt apologise enough. My lasagne was yummy
Great place, normally in to drink - the bar staff are great Abbi, Norman, Kelly, Maizie, Briony and the rest. Also when I have eaten here the foods been good shout out to kitchen staff.
I love this pub. Where my partner and me went on our first date. A very special place. Always a friendly welcome when you come into the pub. Does great food beers and wines in lovely surroundings. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you.
The only things needed at the cadland is REFURBISHMENT inside . This pub has been a local for at least 100 years my grandparents went my parents and we have been going in for 50 years . I have never seen it so run down . The staff are amazing but the locals who remain loyal deserve better . It’s ok
Lovely and warm.with the fires on. Great atmosphere, and friendly staff made this a perfect visit. Only sad I didn't have room for desert after the mixed grill.....🤣🤣
Lovely food and friendly staff. The prices are really reasonable too, would recommend to people visiting. There's a seating area for families and those with kids which is nice, as I'm sure some people wouldn't appreciate babys crying then whole time!
I have eaten here loads over the years and have also received food via Uber delivery..in either case the food was great and the staff were happy to make adjustments to my order when required
Great little pub, awesome beer choice and food is always delicious, plus the open fire is always a welcome addition during these cold months
Food was lovely and a nice warm atmosphere they only thing that may need attention is an additional bar staff member has there was quite a wait at the bar for drinks
