I have real bad allergies, the chef and staff couldnt do more to accommodate me. They cooked my food separate even setting up a separate fryer for me. The food was amazing I can't praise the staff and pub enough. Wonderful place. Added to my fav spots.
Came here for a meal with my girlfriend. The greeting was great. The table was set out lovely reserved. The food was amazing. Brilliantly presented and delicious. The staff could not do enough for you. Would highly reccomend this place. Fantastic customer service
Go to willow a lot, and the staff can't do enough for us, Stu always makes us feel so welcome, they serve great food and drinks and bend over backwards to make sure everyone has the best time there.
Sometimes we go across the road to Stadium leisure because they are owned by the same people and get the same warm welcome and friendly staff every time.
Landlord Stuart -Kevin &staff are really friendly ,we go with my daughter for meals she has SLD and always been made welcome over the years and never judged -stuart Kev and the girls always make a fuss ,brilliant food a great chef ,great pub xx

From the manager down to the cleaner a well run team the willow tree gets a five star from me . when me and my wife go we are always made to feel welcome with a relaxt atmosphere and the food is always piping hot and presented well. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff absolutely amazing and very helpful. The food was top notch! Credits to the chef also who we met in the restaurant after our food, such a polite woman and gave our daughter extra marshmallows and a flake in her ice-cream.
Amazing food, we were in the area after having a 4d scan across the road and thought we would have give willow tree a go due to the good reviews.

All staff were friendly and me and my family were made to feel part of the crowd despite going out late with a toddler in tow.
Not many people are so accepting of a 21 month old in a pub during evening time but it wasn't an issue for anyone in this pub.

An exceptionally clean and inviting tavern with a sizable menu with many different options. The duck wonton appetizers were crispy and served with a sauce that was slightly sweet with just a hint of coriander. The main portions were more than enough for a hungry adult (and then some). The sausages were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside - exactly how they should be. And the staff were extremely friendly. They made us feel not like tourists, but instead like we were part of the local crowd.
A definite repeat when we're back in the area.

When entering the pub I was pleasantly surprised. It was very welcoming and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was shocked at the amount menu choice, awesome variety and excellent quality for money.
I had the steak with Diane sauce, my partner had the mutton lamb and dumplings. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal and we are going to go back in the not so distant future. I would definitely recommend this pub.

My first time here. Lovely happy staff to greet you as you walk in. Nicely set out, has a nice feel. Food was gorgeous, and service from friendly, funny,helpful staff. The evening was a pleasure and we will definitely be back. Thanks to all staff ( not forgetting the chef 😊)
Very nice Wexford steak. No gluten free beer but had cider. Great to speak to the chef about making the Wexford steak. Good sized portions. You won't go home hungry based on my trip. Seems to have loyal returning customers for the food at reasonable prices.
Staff always nice and friendly. Food usually nice, don't have the Sunday roast though.( processed ) Otherwise can't fault the place.

Drove in to a great size car park around the back of the pub, we walked around the front to find a great welcoming entrance, we went to the bar where we were met by Stuart and Kevin who were both extremely friendly and welcoming, we had booked which was very lucky as the pub was very busy, we were then shown to our table which was tucked away in a corner and it was just perfect, they have a good range of drinks including cocktails 🍹, however we had a pint of John Smiths and decent bottle of Pinot which were very reasonable priced, we ordered the food at the bar and this included one starter which was a wild mushroom soup, which was amazing and very tasty, we ordered three different main courses, a leg of lamb Sunday dinner, roast chicken Sunday dinner and a steak feast, all meals arrived in good time, they were all hot, very tasty, we got plenty, and we couldn’t fault any of the main courses they were fantastic, we also ordered three deserts - two Eton Mess sundae’s and a Mint Aero sundae which again were amazing and we couldn’t fault. From start to finish the staff were 5 ⭐️, the food was 5 ⭐️, and the drinks were 5 ⭐️, there definitely isn’t any compromise on quality, service or quantity.
I would definitely recommend visiting.
And finally I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at The Willow Tree and we will definitely be visiting again.
Lovely place, truly lovely. I had the fish and chips & the Mrs had the braised steak off of the saver menu, great pub grub and my god so cheap on the saver menu in the daytime. Staff warm and welcoming, a real home from home.
