I have visited Mulberry Tree a few times now and while it is very much off the beaten track, it is well worth a visit in its own right. Staff are friendly and the food home cooked and tasty. I love the gluten free orange polenta cake with a good cup of coffee! A great place to meet up with friends for a relaxed catch up. The grounds of Strelley Hall are worth a walk round too and wear a bit of cake off! ~ Alison

Had the deluxe afternoon tea as we were celebrating my mother's 92nd birthday. The food was delicious especially the quiche and scones. Service was excellent. One of my favourite tea rooms.

A lovely venue for morning coffee, lunch, or afternoon tea. A repurposed stable block, it retains the original stalls for quaint indoor dining. Lots of outdoor space in the courtyard and a few craft shops to encourage a wander. It's dog friendly (inside & out), & has excellent disabled facilities. A great place to spend a relaxing couple of hours.

A great little spot if you've come for the bluebell woodland walk. The courtyard and building (old stables) are lovely and the cafe serves a brilliant range of cake, ice-cream and light lunches.

Lovely tasty breakfasts. All cooked fresh to order. They use very good quality locally sourced products. Nice friendly staff and really like the setting in the old stables. There's a large courtyard to sit outside if the weather is fine. Dog friendly too. Would highly recommend a visit. Review helpful like πŸ‘ follow thanks

Loved it. Set in the old stable block, retaining original features makes for a quirky and attractive venue. The food and drink ordered for our informal family brunch was tasty and generously portioned and we didn't feel rushed and the staff were very friendly. There's plenty of seating outside also, and the bonus of having the lovely gift shops and gallery attached to visit. We went when the weather was nice, so also took a leisurely stroll around the estate gardens in the sunshine and enjoyed the surrounding views. Will visit again

The Mulberry Tree Cafe is part of the old Strelley Hall stables. The food is outstanding and reasonably priced. The public use it everyday even though it is off the beaten track because of its reputation for good dining. At times it may pay you to book a table before the day of visiting as booking on the day is before 9.30 am. There are a few gift shops nearby for you to browse in, plus an old style sweet shop, gallery and a teddy bear repair shop. Enjoy the experience you will not be disappointed

Hard to find but worth looking for. Large cafe in quaint little courtyard with other cute shops and galleries. We only had a coffee so can’t comment on food although the selection of cakes did look nice. As others have said the service is quite slow, but staff are friendly and cafe present.
