Absolutely delightful place. Doesn’t look like much on the outside but warm and cosy and beautifully decorated on the inside. The food has been absolutely delicious every visit, homemade and very well cooked, great menu for all appetites, proper pub grub. One of the best pubs for food in Nottingham in my opinion and very reasonable. Best banoffee pie I’ve ever eaten. Service is also wonderful and very friendly and attentive!

Definitely recommend this village pub great staff even better meal. We visited this pub on our 44th wedding anniversary 8/7/22. Try the steak pie it will beat you 😂😂👍
Popped in for a refreshing pint of Peroni and a coke for my lad. Pleasant location in a lovely village. Single staff behind the bar caused a slightly longer wait due to the other customers queing awaiting food 🍲 or drinks. due to the exceptionally hot day we had.
We were made to feel very welcome. The atmosphere was lovely and the food amazing.

Drove passed this pub quite a few times on the off chance I phoned them up to see if it was dog friendly so booked a table
OMG the place is up there with the best I’ve been in staff and management so polite and the customers are really friendly 1st time I’ve been in there and felt right at home everyone in there basically came over and fussed the dogs
Now on top of that the food was 1st class
This was top restaurant food
All in all a great Friday night
Dogs loved all the fuss as well

Very rarely is it this easy to eat out with my little boy who has a dairy allergy. Trying to work out what foods are safe on menus is a nightmare. Not here, they "get it" this was so super easy. We will be visiting again.
