Visited on a Friday morning with my Father as part of a long weekend. Skipped breakfast at the hotel and wanted something local & different.
We came upon this whilst walking through the city centre and gave it a bash.
A whole manner of breads, confections & pizzas are available fresh from the counter.

I had the bread. I was expecting it as a sandwich but was very pleased to see it had a trip into the pizza oven. A delicious and delicate way to start our day. The hot Chocolate was very good also with a thick foam on top and a decently flavoured drink beneath.
A trendy interior for student types & business people to do a couple emails with a bite to eat. Would visit again if I was in the city.

The bread quality is outstanding with fresh ingredients. It serves all type of dietary requirements. The staff were very friendly and informative. If you look for a breakfast or lunch spot, this is certainly my recommendation.

Pizza making experience as a work social at ugly bread was the perfect choice. We had the whole place to ourselves and were served beautiful canapes, delicious pizzas (created by us) and lovely dessert. Jade and her amazing team set this up so seamlessly for so many of us! Cosy bakery. Visited in the morning had no idea what I was ordering as it wasn't completely clear what the selection was - but they all looked great so I picked one with brie and some kind of salami. It was toasted in the large oven behind the counter and within a couple of minutes I had a really delicious fresh hot sandwich. Staff were super polite and friendly and the whole place had a great vibe. Must say, I didn't really care about not knowing what I'd ordered - but if I ever return I won't be able to order the same ... That being said,I'd be happy to try any of their sandwiches.

We visited on Saturday lunchtime and were greeted with friendly staff and helped to make our choices.
The food was lovely and the cannoli as good as any in Italy!
Very friendly staff and a really good selection of sandwiches no matter your diet.
The vegetables, spicy mushrooms and cream cheese sandwich I got was delicious and was gone as fast as it came.
Also a very nice peach ice tea
cosy little place! great coffee and really good food too! plenty of good vegetarian and vegan options, as well as different deals on depending on the day too. Have tried both the pizza and filled focaccia - both of which have been delicious! would absolutely recommend, great affordable lunch spot - and they also do a student discount!!
Just popped in to grab some lunch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was tasty. Ready to crack on with my day. Job done and will be hitting this place up daily for a good feed now. Cheers guys 👍
the bread is so delicious here! i tried the cheese mezzaluna and it was so good, instantly became my fave spot to eat at! will definitely be coming back again!

Visited here for a quick bite to eat and drink and was very happy. The food was nice and so was the cup of tea. The only thing on that day the lady behind the counter seemed to be slightly in a mood, not terrible customer service but not good customer service.
Great food, lovely and friendly workers. Delicious hot chocolate and canoli in chocolate flavor. Even the pizza was great.
First time visit. Beautiful food and lovely coffee. Very pleasant staff. Will return.

Was here on a Tabletop Gaming Industry Meeting and as missed breakfast tried one of their brunch's! It had been so long since I enjoyed a quality brunch that I could not have been more excited when I finally found a place where ones mid-morning was free to indulge.
Now I have a fair few places where one would like to try but in the end glad to have tried, as the food was exceptional, the prices fair and reasonable.
Space is great and the venue very open and accessible. jade the owner is friendly and great to talk to.
The ground floor is accessible for wheelchair access and space enough to move around. The place does lack the facilities to allow a lift so access upstairs for wheelchairs is more complicated.
The upper space is a great one for parties, social and engaging uses, including for areas like Holistic pursuits, Yoga, Pilates, Tia Chi, etc. It is also a great place to host tabletop gaming events.
Went to a games event organised by the Nottingham Board and Wargames Club and H-Bar Games. The space was great for this and the usual high standard from the Store.
The food range is great and and diverse with both vegetarian and other food diets are very well catered for and a real attempt is made to make sure the menu and meals all look appetising and appealing enough that even if you are a no. Vegan, vegetarian the ranges appeal. Everything is fresh and well made. The staff are also very well versed in what goes into the range of foods and allergens information.
Excellent. We had stuffed flatbreads which were delicious. Coffee was very good. Great atmosphere and music. Very quick and friendly service. We would eat here again.
Great food and atmosphere but the man behind the counter was rather rude when directing us to talk to the other female staff to order.
If I had visited alone and not with a friend I would have instantaneously left.
We all have bad days but to act in a rude manner isn't professional and business like at all.

The food was awesome and it is sourdough bread which is delicious. It is all fresh food and the atmosphere is grand. It looks very popular
