Went here tonight with family. My mum has some dietary restrictions and told the waitress beforehand. They were fantastic. My mums food was prepared seperately in the kitchen and they used gluten free soy sauce. So she was able to choose normal food off the menu and they just made it, leaving out ingredients she couldn't have. It's a big plus when someone with food intolerances can feel normal in a restaurant.
I enjoyed it too. And a few hours after I ate there I am still feeling full having eaten so much food
Love coming here as the food is delicious and staff so friendly. The chef cooks your food in front of you which is great to watch. There's some pretty quick chopping going on, egg juggling �and the cooking fires are rather spectacular when first lit!!! We always go for one of the set meals as you get good choices and I think the cost is pretty reasonable. My only comment is it can be a little cold in the restaurant when you're waiting for your meal table.
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Ginza. Being a vegetarian not eating meat or fish I found a good variety of food, simple but tasty. We found staff both friendly and efficient we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The staff where very welcoming and attentive. Food was wonderful, especially the lobster and the chicken teriyaki. I'm hooked now of miso soup and green tea. Thanks to all at Ginza for a very enjoyable, entertaining night :)
A bit expensive but well worth the money, a truly amaizing experiance. Be warned if you try the spicey tuna sushi it will leave your tongue numbe lol.
Great place love the food and the theatre of the cooking a bit pricey so expect to pay upwards of £70 for two people with drinks but worth it as a special treat
Fabulous meal again... just love the experience of having your food cooked for you & you get to watch x

Came for my birthday yesterday and had never been before, I wasn’t let down the food was amazing the people were friendly and our chef was brilliant! Interacted with us chatted with us told us what he was cooking and cooked it to perfection! it was a good atmosphere and us girls loved every minute I will definitely be back and have told all my friends about it too

We visited the restaurant on the 9th of May. It was a Bday lunch and we loved it. We were the only ones in the place but it was perfect because we didn't know how would our little one take the new experience.
Our host Andy was extremely friendly and kind. The food was excellent and the chef was very nice and professional.
I had the meat deluxe which was really tasty. My wife had the Business lunch which she loved. They even allowed us to bring our own food for the little one which was a huge thing for as. The drinks were really good too. I lived the sweet potato spirit.
The portion size was nice and we were able to take the leftover home too.
We definitely going to visit again.
Amazing restaurant! Very tasty food cooked right in front of you! I loved this place a lot, however I was charged for the wrong order and ended up paying over £20 more for food, and a lobster, that I never even ate! No refund either. I definitely recommend going just triple check your bill before you leave!
Firstly thank you to our chef Geehon (I hope that’s spelt right) he made our experience enjoyable and let us know what he was doing and ingredients going in. We ordered the set meal for about £42 each which was good, the lobster was definitely the best part of the meal and the other dishes were not bad, just a little salty! 😅 Overall the experience was good and I’d recommend to go and try it. Probably overall rating is 3.8 stars ! The other staff could maybe be a little more friendlier as we did feel a bit awkward at times because of it.
Passed this place thousands of times and always wanted to try it. Qent on a Sunday and had the deluxe mixed platter. Lobster, scallops, filet steak and chicken.
It was easily worth the money and I will be going again. If you're squeamish, don't order the lobster. It was freshly cut in half and still moving when it was being cooked. If you don't mind that, it was lovely and obviously fresh.
Amazing experience and the decor is great. Have been to many like this here and abroad and would greatly recommend! Standard of food was brilliant as well, really tasty and cooking was fun to watch! 100% recommend.
Expect 50ish per person after a drink or two. Not that cheap but it's worth it and to be honest, price is justifiable due to use of steak/seafood and good ingredients.

Had a fabulous family meal, there was 10 of us, so we fit round a table all on our own and chef looked after us well. Food was very tasty and all part of the show and atmosphere to have it cooked fresh and to order in front of us.
Very good experience, good food, food service. 4 stars only because it was quite expensive. But worth the money. Sad, that it's closing because of the owner retiring.
Anniversary meal we really enjoyed the experience and the food was yummy would definitely go again with a few friends staff were attentive and asked enough for drinks but not too much didn't have the drink I asked for but suggested another so all was good 😀
Love this place for a great dining experience, Teppan-yaki style! Great place to go for a special treat as it's fairly expensive but the theatre of watching it cooked in front of you is pretty cool. Loved the set menu, great flavours and decent portions. Definitely will return.

Had an amazing dinner with the family, for the very first time experiencing Teppanyaki and was not disappointed, very friendly staff, will visit again for sure! Delicious food, not too expensive was worth the value for the dishes! Cannot find anything to comment or improve from start to finish was impressed! Very well done to the staff 10/10
Absolutely beautiful high quality tasty food, sushi lovely .main meal salmon melted and beef so tasty and tender.the chef was so funny and really made the experience. Waitress polite and friendly could not have ask for a better night .
